Abstract

L'invention porte sur un élément de protection sacrificiel pour jante de roue destiné à minimiser l'endommagement d'une jante de roue d'un véhicule à moteur; ledit élément de protection comprenant un anneau de matériau protecteur s'étendant au-delà de la partie de bord tout à fait extérieure d'une jante de roue; ledit anneau de matériau protecteur empêchant sensiblement un endommagement de ladite partie de bord tout à fait extérieure lorsque ladite jante de roue vient en contact oblique avec une bordure de trottoir ou un autre obstacle; ledit élément de protection comprenant en outre un moyen de retenue pour fixer ledit matériau protecteur à ladite jante de roue.
