具体实施方式
如图 1至图 10所示, 是本实用新型多功能振动训练机数种具体可 行的较佳实施例, 由图中可以见及该多功能振动训练机主要包括一组振 动主踏台 1以及至少一组振动侧台 2, 其中: 所述振动主踏台 1主要是于其上、 下座间的内部空间中装设至少一 组振动产生器 1 0, 并设有多个弹性支撑件连接于上、 下座之间, 该振 动主踏台 1内部可设置单一部振动产生器 1 0, 用以提供一种设定振动 频率及振幅的振动效果, 或如图 2所示的较佳实施例, 该振动主踏台 1 内部可设置两部振动产生器 1 0, 用以提供两种不同振动频率、 振幅的 振动效果, 所述振动产生器可为已知的偏心块或凸轮式振动机构、 跷跷 板式振动机构或其它机械式振动机构, 或可为音波传递式振动机构, 或 其它足以产生振动效果的机构等之一, 前述的振动机构因是已知技术, 且本实用新型的重点不在于该振动机构的创新设计, 而是该振动机构的 应用, 故对于该些振动机构不再加以赘述; 另所述振动产生器可设定其 振动频率及振幅等, 使该振动主踏台 1可依使用上的需要提供适当的振 动频率及振幅。
所述振动侧台 2内部亦设有一组振动产生器, 而为具有输出振动效 果的组件, 所述振动产生器可为前述振动机构之一, 并可设定其振动频 率及振幅等, 使该振动侧台可依使用上的需要提供适当的振动频率及振 幅, 所述振动侧台 2是借由一组骨架 3设置于该振动主踏台 1侧边, 并 借由该骨架的支撑, 使该振动侧台 2的台面高于该振动主踏台 1的台面, 该振动侧台 2 0上尚可设置一散布 多颗按摩颗粒 2 1的振动接触件 2 0, 向使用者提供手、 脚或其它身体部位接触的部位。
前述的振动主踏台 1及振动侧台 2中的振动产生器可外接一控制 器, 用以控制该些振动产生器的开关以及设定其振动频率及振幅等, 所 述控制器可设置于该振动训练机外侧或该振动训练机中的适当位置处, 如图 8及图 9所示的较佳实施例, 是显示该控制器 5设于该振动训练机 中。 .
如图 1至图 3所示的第一较佳实施例, 该多功能振动训练机于其振 动主踏台 1以一组骨架 3组设一组振动侧台 2, 该骨架 3绕设于该振动 主踏台 1外围, 该骨架 3自该振动主踏台 1一侧向上延伸一支撑部 3 0 , 所述的振动侧台 2设于该支撑部 3 0上, 并使该振动侧台 2的台面高于 该振动主踏台 1的台面。 如图 4所示的第二较佳实施例, 该多功能振动训练机于其振动主踏 台 1以一组骨架 3组设二组振动侧台 2, 该骨架 3绕设于该振动主踏台 1外围, 该骨架 3自该振动主踏台 1相对的两侧(或为相邻的两侧)分别 向上延伸一支撑部 3 0 , 该二振动侧台 2.分别设于该二支撑部 3 0上, 并使该二振动侧台 2的台面高于该振动主踏台 1的台面, 该二振动侧台 2的台面可为等高或一高一低的设计, 于图 4所示的较佳实施例, 是显 示该二振动侧台 2的台面呈等高的型态。
.如图 5至图 10所示的各较佳实施例, 该多功能振动训练机尚包括 至少一可供手握持的手扶架 4, 搭配单一组振动侧台 2或双组振动侧台 , 2等型式, 所述手扶架 4可组设于该振动主踏台 1或该振动侧台 2上, 使其可随该振动主踏台 1或振动侧台 2—同振动, 或者,,所述的手扶架 4亦可组设该骨架 3上。 为便于说明, 以下是以具有单一组振动侧台 2 的附图配合说明, 至于双振动侧台 2的型式, 为前述附图所示的数量增 加并呈 ^"称设置或相邻设置的型态等, 其中:
如图 5所示的较佳实施例, 该多功能振动训练机具有一手扶架 4, 该手扶架 4是接设于该骨架 3向上延伸的支撑部 3 0上, 位于该振^侧 台 2侧边。
如图 6所示的较佳实施例,该多功能振动训练机具有一组手扶架 4, 该手扶架 4是组设于该振动主踏台 1上, 并呈可随振动主踏台 1振动的 状态, 该手扶架 4可组设于该振动主踏台 1邻近振动侧台 2的一侧, 或 可组设于该振动主踏台 1远离振动侧台 2的一侧。
如图 7所示的较佳实施例,该多功能振动训练机具有二组手扶架 4, 该手扶架 4是组设于该振动主踏台 1上, 并呈可随振动主踏台 1振动的 状态, 该手扶架 4可组设于该振动主踏台 1相对的两侧。
. 如图 8及图 9所示的较佳实施例, 该多功能振动训练机具有一组手 扶架 4, 该手扶架 4是组设于该振动侧台 2上, 并呈可随振动侧台 2振 动的状态, 若该多功能振动训练机具有二组振动侧台 2时, 则可设置二 组手扶架分别组设于该二振动侧台 2上 ·, 所述的手扶架 4包括有内架杆 部 4 1以及外围架杆部 4 2, 所述内架杆部 4 1可接设于该振动侧台 2 外侧端中段处, 该外围架杆部 4 2概为圈状, 其上端衔接该内架杆部 4 1, 并以其下端的两端部连接于该振动侧台 2内侧端两侧; 如图 9所示, 所述手扶架 4尚可以于该外围架杆部 4 2接设数支中心方向延伸的连接 杆 4 3, 用以组接一控制器 5, 位于该振动侧台 2上方, 所述控制器 5 可电性连接该振动主踏台 1、 振动侧台 2, 用以控制其振动的开关, 并 可供使用者选择设定所需的振动频率及振幅。
如图 10所示的较佳实施例, 该多功能振动训练机具有一组手扶架 4 , 该手扶架 4包括二架杆 4 4组设于该振动侧台 2的两侧向上延伸, 并呈可随振动侧台 2振动的状态, 若该多功能振动训练机具有二组振动 侧台 2时, 则可设置二组手扶架分别组设于该二振动侧台 2上。
如图 1至图 10所示, 前述各多功能振动训练机中, 尚可于所述的 骨架 3上增设至少一个辅助踏板 3 1, ft使用者踏置, 如图 1、 图 3所示 的第一较佳实施例, 该多功能振动训练机是于该骨架 3上装设二个辅助 踏板 3 1, 位于该振动主踏台 1两旁呈对称设置; 前述的骨架 3底部尚 可进一步装设数个底垫 3 2, 用以抵靠于地面, 所述的底垫 3 2可为固 定式或为可调高度式的构造, 其中于该骨架 3底部装设数个可调式底垫 为佳, 使该多功能振动训练机放置地面上, 可借由该些可调式底垫 3 2 适应地面平整性而能适当调整骨架 3底部高度, 使该多功能振动训练机 可以平稳地置放于地面上。
本实用新型借由前述各较佳实施例所示的多功能振动训练机设计, 在使用时, 使用者可站立或坐于振动主踏台 1上, 利用该振动主踏台 1 中的振动产生器对使用者脚底或臀部施加振动作用, 达到振动肌肉, 刺 激神经及肌肉系统的效果, 在使用者站立于振动主踏台 1进行振动训练 时, 使用者可以其身体 (如背部、 J要部、 腹部或手部等) 抵靠于振动恻 台 2上, 由该振动侧台 2中的振动产生器对使用者接触部位施加振动作 用, 或者, 使用者也可以手握持于手扶架 4上, 借由手扶架 4传导振动 主踏台或振动侧台 2输出的振动传导至手部, 提供振动效果等。
由以上说明可知, 本实用新型结合可提供振动效果的振动主踏台及 振 侧台的设计, 或进一步结合连接前述振动主踏台或振动侧台的手扶 架, 让使用者操作该振动训练机时, 可令其身体多个不同部位同时进行 振动训练, 且本实用新型的振动训练机令其振动侧台与振动主踏台台面 位于不等高的位置, 便于使用者以较舒适的姿态选择接触振动侧台或振 动主踏台, 改善以往振动训练机必须改变姿势方能接触振动主踏台的使 用困难度等, 故, 本实用新型可提供一项极具实用性的多功能振动训练 机。

Claims

1 . 一种多功能振动训练机, 其特征在于, 包括:
一内设有振动产生器的振动主踏台;
至少一内设有振动产生器的振动侧台, 所述振动侧台结合骨架设置 于该振动主踏台侧边, 所述振动侧台的台面高于振动主踏台的台面。
2 . 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能振动训练机, 其特征在于:所述 振动主踏台内部设有双组振动产生器。 '
3 . 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能振动训练机, 其特征在于:所述 多功能振动训练机具有一振动侧台, 该振动侧台结合骨架设置于该振动 主踏台一侧边。
4 . 根据权利要求 2所述的多功能振动训练机, 其特征在于:所述 多功能振动训练机具有一振动侧台, 该振动侧台结合骨架设置于该振动 主踏台一侧边。
5 . 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能振动训练机, 其特征在于:所述 多功能振动训练机具有二振动侧台, 该二振动侧台结合骨架设置于该振 动主踏台两侧边。 '
6 . 根据权利要求 2所述的多功能振动训练机,.其特征在于:所述 多功能振动训练机具有二振动侧台, 该二振动侧台结合骨架设置于该振 动主踏台两侧边。
7 . 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的多功能振动训练机, 其特 征在于:所述多功能振动训练机尚包括一供手握持的手扶架, 该手扶架固 设于该振动主踏台上, 并呈可随振动主踏台振动的状态。
8 . 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的多功能振动训练机, 其特 征在于:所述多功能振动训练机尚包括二供手握持的手扶架, 该手扶架固 设于该振动主踏台上的两侧, 并呈可随振动主踏台振动的状态。
9 . 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的多功能振动训练机, 其特 征在于:所述多功能振动训练机尚包括至少一供手握持的手扶架, 该手扶 架固设于该振动侧台上, 并呈可随振动侧台振动的状态。
1 0 . 根据权利要求 9所述的多功能振动训练机, 其特征在于:所 述手扶架包括内架杆部以及圈状的外围架杆部, 该内架杆部接设于该振 动侧台外侧端中段处, 该外围架杆的上端衔接该内架杆部, 下端两端部 连接于该振动侧台内侧端两侧。
1 1 . 根据权利荽求 1 0所述的多功能振动训练机, 其特征在于: 所述手扶架于该外围架杆部接设数支中心方向延伸的连接杆。
1 2 . 根据权利要求 9所述的多功能振动训练机, 其特征在于:所 述手扶架包括二架杆组设于该振动侧台的两侧向上延伸。
1 3 . 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的多功能振动训练机, 其 特征在于:所述多功能振动训练机尚包括至少一供手握持的手扶架, 该手 扶架固设于该骨架上。
1 4 . 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的多功能振动训练机, 其 特征在于:所述骨架上设有至少一个辅助踏板。
