Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Behandeln von Textilgut im Pack- und Aufstecksystem, in dem das Textilgut in Form von wenigstens einem auf einem Materialträger aufgesteckten hohlen Textilgutkörper vorliegt, wird der zunächst anfänglich nasse Textilgutkörper von einem Wasser aufnehmenden Gas zwangsdurchströmt. Das Gas wird von in Strömungsrichtung hinter dem Textilgutkörper liegenden Kühlmitteln nach dem Austritt aus dem Textilgutkörper gekühlt, wobei aus dem gekühlten Gas das Wasser abgeschieden wird. Das auf eine Rückkühltemperatur (TR) abgekühlte Gas wird auf eine vorbestimmte Eintrittstemperatur (TE) in den Textilgutkörper erwärmt und in einen Zustand überführt, in dem es bei der Eintrittstemperatur und unter dem dabei herrschenden Druck eine relative Feuchte φ < 1 aufweist. In diesem Zustand wird das Gas sodann in den Textilgutkörper einströmen lassen.
