まず、図1および図2を参照し、本実施形態にかかるホームネットワーク1について概略的に説明する。
以上、図1および図2を参照して本実施形態にかかるホームネットワーク1について概略的に説明した。続いて、本実施形態に至った経緯を説明する。
図3は、本実施形態にかかる再生装置30の構成を示した機能ブロック図である。図3に示したように、当該再生装置30は、ネットワーク接続部310と、入出力インターフェース320と、CPU(Central Processing Unit)330と、デコーダ340と、表示部350と、を備える。
以上、図3および図4を参照して本実施形態にかかる再生装置30の機能について説明した。続いて、図5~図10を参照し、本実施形態にかかるコンテンツ記録装置20の機能について説明する。
次に、本実施形態にかかるホームネットワーク1の動作について図11~図14を参照して説明する。
以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、あるコンテンツデータの年齢制限がある再生装置30に適用される年齢制限の程度より高く、かつ、現在時刻が該再生装置30の適用時間内であると視聴制限判断部236により判断された場合には、送信制御部238が該コンテンツデータを該再生装置30へ送信させない。このため、該再生装置30は該コンテンツデータを年齢制限の適用時間内には再生することができない。当該コンテンツ記録装置20は、このようにある再生装置30において視聴が許容、または制限されるコンテンツデータの年齢制限を時刻に応じて動的に変化させることができるため、再生装置30の利用者が不定であっても、利用者ごとにコンテンツデータの視聴を適切に制限し得る。
Claims (6)
- コンテンツデータを再生する1または2以上の再生装置と接続されるコンテンツ送信装置であって:
前記再生装置の各々において視聴が制限されるコンテンツデータの視聴制限と視聴が許容されるコンテンツデータの視聴制限との境界、および制限時間帯が入力される入力部と;
前記入力部に入力された前記境界および前記制限時間帯が記録される記憶部と;
コンテンツデータを前記再生装置へ送信する送信部と;
コンテンツデータの視聴制限が前記再生装置の前記境界より高く、かつ、現在時刻が前記再生装置の制限時間帯内である、という条件を満たすか否かを判断する判断部と;
前記条件を満たすと前記判断部により判断された場合には、前記判断部による判断対象となったコンテンツデータが前記送信部から前記再生装置に送信されないように制御する制御部と;
を備える、コンテンツ送信装置。 - 前記送信部は、前記条件を満たさないと前記判断部により判断されたコンテンツデータを示すコンテンツリストを前記再生装置に送信し、
前記制御部は、前記コンテンツリストから利用者により選択されたコンテンツデータを前記送信部から前記再生装置に送信させる、請求項1に記載のコンテンツ送信装置。 - 前記コンテンツ送信装置は、前記コンテンツ送信装置の利用者を認証する認証部をさらに備え、
前記認証部により利用者が認証された場合、前記入力部に入力された前記境界および前記制限時間帯が前記記憶部に記録され、
前記認証部により利用者が認証されなかった場合、前記境界および前記制限時間帯が前記記憶部に記録されないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンテンツ送信装置。 - コンテンツデータを再生する1または2以上の再生装置と接続され、前記再生装置の各々において視聴が制限されるコンテンツデータの視聴制限と視聴が許容されるコンテンツデータの視聴制限との境界、および制限時間帯が入力される入力部と、前記入力部に入力された前記境界および前記制限時間帯が記録される記憶部と、コンテンツデータを前記再生装置に送信する送信部と、を備えるコンテンツ送信装置に設けられるコンピュータを、
コンテンツデータの視聴制限がある再生装置の前記境界より高く、かつ、現在時刻が前記再生装置の制限時間帯内である、という条件を満たすか否かを判断する判断部と;
前記条件を満たすと前記判断部により判断された場合には、前記判断部による判断対象となったコンテンツデータが前記送信部から前記再生装置に送信されないように制御する制御部と;
として機能させるための、プログラム。 - コンテンツデータを再生する1または2以上の再生装置と接続されるコンテンツ送信装置において実行される送信制御方法であって:
前記再生装置の各々において視聴が制限されるコンテンツデータの視聴制限と視聴が許容されるコンテンツデータの視聴制限との境界、および制限時間帯が入力されるステップと;
入力された前記境界および前記制限時間帯を記憶媒体に記録するステップと;
コンテンツデータの視聴制限がある再生装置の前記境界より高く、かつ、現在時刻が前記再生装置の制限時間帯内である、という条件を満たすか否かを判断するステップと;
前記条件を満たすと判断された場合には、判断対象となったコンテンツデータが前記再生装置に送信されないように制御するステップと;
を含む、送信制御方法。 - コンテンツデータを再生する1または2以上の再生装置と、前記再生装置と接続されるコンテンツ送信装置とを含むコンテンツ送信システムであって:
前記コンテンツ送信装置は、
前記再生装置の各々において視聴が制限されるコンテンツデータの視聴制限と、視聴が許容されるコンテンツデータの視聴制限との境界、および制限時間帯が入力される入力部と;
前記入力部に入力された前記境界および前記制限時間帯が記録される記憶部と;
前記コンテンツデータを前記再生装置に送信する送信部と;
前記記憶部に記録されているコンテンツデータの視聴制限がある再生装置の前記境界より高く、かつ、現在時刻が前記再生装置の制限時間帯内である、という条件を満たすか否かを判断する判断部と;
前記条件を満たすと前記判断部により判断された場合には、前記判断部による判断対象となったコンテンツデータが前記送信部から前記再生装置に送信されないように制御する制御部と;
を備える、コンテンツ送信システム。
