Claims (38)
- 断続的乃至連続的な螺旋状の係合受部が外周面に形成される容器開口部と、上記係合受部に螺合される断続的乃至連続的な螺旋状の係合部が内周面に形成される胴筒部とこの胴筒部の一端側を閉塞し上記開口部を開放可能に閉止する閉塞部とを有するスクリュキャップと、から構成されるスクリュキャップ機構における上記スクリュキャップの開閉を補助するスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構であって、
上記開閉補助機構は、上記スクリュキャップと一体的に回転可能な連結部と、この連結部の一端に連結され上記胴筒部の外周面に近接的に位置させ得又該外周面から乖離させ得る開閉補助部とを備えることを特徴とするスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。 - 前記開閉補助機構は、前記スクリュキャップと一体的に回転可能で前記胴筒部の外周面を囲繞し得る環状部を備え、
前記連結部の一端が上記環状部の外周面に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。 - 前記環状部は、略円筒状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記環状部は、内周面に、前記胴筒部に当接する当接部を有することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記当接部は、前記胴筒部の一部を押圧しながら当接する圧接部を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記当接部は、前記胴筒部の外周面に形成される縦溝部に係入して前記スクリュキャップに対する環状部の空転を防止する空転防止部を有することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記空転防止部は、前記環状部の軸方向に長い山形条状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記空転防止部は、前記環状部の軸方向に長い山形条状に形成され、山断面が略非二等辺三角形状に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記空転防止部は、前記環状部の内周面の三箇所以上に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記環状部は、平均厚さが0.5mm以上3.0mm以下に設定されたことを特徴とする請求項2乃至9のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記環状部は、上端に、該環状部の筒形状に沿って半径方向内向きに延びて環状を成す環状天部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2乃至10のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記環状部は、前記開閉補助部の前記基端部が該連結部を支点とする該開閉補助部の回転に伴って該環状部に当接する部位に回転止受部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2乃至11のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助機構は、前記環状部の上部をほぼ全域的に閉塞する天板部を有することを特徴とする請求項2乃至10又は12のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記天板部は、表裏に貫通した複数の貫通穴と、これらの貫通穴間に作出される、前記環状部と該天板部との間に架橋される架橋部とを有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記連結部は、一端が前記胴筒部の外周面に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、前記連結部を支点として回動可能に構成されるレバー状を成すことを特徴とする請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、長尺状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至16のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、板片状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至17のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、棒片状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至17のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、弓状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至19のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、前記環状部又は前記胴筒部の外周面に沿った湾曲部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至20のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、自由端となる側の先端付近が、前記環状部又は前記胴筒部の外周面から反れた方向に湾曲した指掛部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至21のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、前記連結部が連結された基端部付近に、該連結部を支点とする該開閉補助部の回転角を規定する回転止部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至22のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記回転止部は、前記基端部から動径方向に延設されたことを特徴とする請求項23に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記回転止部は、前記基端部から前記環状部又は前記胴筒部の半径方向外方に向かって延設されたことを特徴とする請求項23に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助機構は、所定以上の力を加えると容易に断裂させ得る、該開閉補助部と前記環状部又は前記胴筒部の外周面との間を一時的に架橋する一時架橋部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至25のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助機構は、前記開閉補助部に形成される係止部と前記環状部又は前記胴筒部の外周面に形成される係受部とを有し、これら上記係止部と上記係受部とを互いに係合させて、前記開閉補助部と前記環状部又は前記胴筒部とを係合状態にし得るように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至26のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、該開閉補助部を貫通した孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至27のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、一端が環状部又は胴筒部に連結され、他端が開閉補助部又は回転止部に連結されるカバー状連結部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至28のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記連結部は、一端が前記環状部又は前記胴筒部に、他端が前記開閉補助部に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至29のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記連結部は、一端から他端までの距離が、0.5mm以上に設定されたことを特徴とする請求項30に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記連結部は、厚さが0.5mm以上の略帯状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至31のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記連結部は、略帯状の表裏面が成す平面形状におけるが両線が、略双曲線状を成すことを特徴とする請求項32に記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助機構は、熱可塑性の合成樹脂を主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至33のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助機構は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミドから選ばれる一つ以上の合成樹脂を主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至34のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助機構は、硬質の熱可塑性の合成樹脂と、軟質の合成樹脂との二重成形によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至35のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助機構は、PE、PP、PAから選ばれる一つ以上の硬質の合成樹脂と、エラストマ、ゴムから選ばれる一つ以上の軟質の合成樹脂とを二重成形して構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至36のいずれかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
- 前記開閉補助部は、リング状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至37の何れかに記載のスクリュキャップ開閉補助機構。
