It becomes easy to bend also in the vertical direction, and the shape of the pocket can be maintained more.
- liquid-absorbent core material In the liquid absorbing structure, a part of the liquid-absorbent core material is hollowed out to form a hollowed-out part. Since it becomes easy to bend toward it, a pocket can be made still easier to be formed. Furthermore, even when the absorbent core material swells with moisture and swells toward the body side, this swelling can be prevented by forming a punched hole, and the narrowing of the gap is suppressed. Can do.
- the liquid absorbing structure includes a punching sheet that overlaps the punching, and the punching sheet is bonded to a sheet that wraps the liquid absorbent core material. Even when the rigidity is lowered and the liquid absorbing structure is sag, the rigidity can be maintained. If the liquid absorbing structure is damaged, for example, when the wearer sits down and the gap collapses, the collapsed gap may not return even if the wearer stands up, but the rigidity is maintained by the punching sheet. By doing so, the collapsed void can be restored to the original state.
- the middle portion of the separation sheet is positioned on the front waist region side with respect to the horizontal center line that bisects the vertical dimension, the pocket is formed on the rear waist region side with respect to the horizontal center line. . - first and second circumferentially extending portions 35a and 35c are formed on the outer side in the lateral direction X on the rear waist region 8 side of the rear crossing portion 35b, the inner and outer surface sheets 11 and 12 and the absorbent sheets are absorbed in the leg side edge portion 17.
- the liquid panel 23 is urged to contract in the longitudinal direction Y, and the pocket 33 shown in FIG. 2 is formed.
- the pocket 33 is formed so as to protrude further to the clothing side of the rear gap 29b. Since the liquid absorbent panel 23 comes out to the clothing side by forming the pocket 33, the liquid absorbent panel 23 can be prevented from being bent toward the wearer.
- the rear crossing portion 35b is formed at a position corresponding to the intermediate portion 39 of the separation sheet 3, the rear portion 35b is lifted to the wearer side by the intermediate portion 39, and the pocket 33 is located at the rear waist region 8 side of the intermediate portion 39. It is formed so as to correspond to the communication part 41.
- the wearing state is adjusted so that the wearer's external genitalia faces the front communication part 40 and the anus faces the rear communication part 41.
- the rear transverse portion 35b is about 10 mm from the closing edge 43 and is within the range of about 50 mm from the closing edge 45, the rear communication portion 41 is located corresponding to the anus, and the rear communication portion 41

- the rear leg elastic member 35 includes a rear first extending portion 35 a extending from the rear waist region 8 along one leg opening 19 and a rear second extending portion 35 c extending along the other leg opening 19. Therefore, the rear crossing portion 35b can be further lifted toward the wearer by the contraction force of the first and second circumferentially extending portions 35a, 35c, and the shape of the pocket 33 can be further maintained. Therefore, the effect which suppresses that a stool contacts skin further can be exhibited.
- the effect that the leg opening 19 is brought into close contact with the wearer by the first and second circumferentially extending portions 35a and 35b can also be exhibited.
- the hollow 36 formed in the liquid-absorbent panel 23 is formed so as to be positioned on the rear waist region 8 side with respect to the rear transverse portion 35b. Since the punching 36 is formed by punching the core material 25, its rigidity is lower than that of the other portions. Therefore, the core member 25 located on the outer side in the lateral direction X of the punched hole 36 is easily bent in the vertical direction Y on the rear waist region 8 side with both side edges of the punched hole 36 as a boundary. By acting, the liquid-absorbent panel 23 becomes convex toward the clothing side. By making the liquid-absorbent panel 23 convex toward the clothing side, the shape of the pocket 33 can be more easily restored, and the crotch region 9 can be prevented from being crushed and bent toward the wearer.
- the liquid-absorbing core material 25 expands and swells toward the body side, and the formed gap 29 may be narrowed.
- this swelling can be prevented. It is possible to suppress the gap 29 from becoming narrow.
- the formation of the hollow 36 may reduce the rigidity of the formed portion and the core material 25 may be sagged.
- the hollow sheet 57 is formed so as to overlap the hollow 36, the rigidity Can be maintained. That is, for example, when the wearer sits down, the gap 29 may be crushed by body pressure. If the core material 25 is bent, there is a possibility that the void 29 that has been crushed when the wearer stands up is restored and the void 29 cannot be formed again. However, by forming the punching sheet 57, the collapsed gap 29 can be restored to the original state.
- the above-described hollow 36 is located in the rear waist region 8 rather than the rear crossing portion 35b, but should not be limited to this mode. That is, a positional relationship in which a part of the hollow 36 overlaps the rear crossing part 35b may be employed.
- two slits 58 extending in the longitudinal direction Y can be formed as the bending guide portion.
- the slit 58 is formed by removing the liquid-absorbent core material 25 in the thickness direction so that the interval in the lateral direction X increases toward the rear waist region 8.
- the slit 58 is formed in this manner, the liquid absorbent panel 23 is easily bent in the longitudinal direction Y on the rear waist region 8 side, and the contractive force of the rear transverse portion 35b acts, whereby the liquid absorbent panel 23 is actuated.
- the slit 58 may be a single line extending in the vertical direction Y, as long as the liquid-absorbing panel 23 is easily bent in the vertical direction Y.
- the separation sheet 3 and the leak barrier cuff 4 are liquid resistant and breathable nonwoven fabrics
- the inner sheet 11 and the outer sheet 12 are breathable nonwoven fabrics
- the leak barrier sheet 13 is a plastic film
- the liquid absorbent panel 23 is high in fluff pulp.
- Conventional materials in the art can be used, such as a mixture with absorbent polymer particles.
- FIG. 7 is a plan view of the diaper 1 showing the second embodiment, in which the liquid-absorbing panel 23, the separation sheet 3, and the leak barrier cuff 4 are omitted.
- the arrangement of the front leg elastic member 34 is different from that of the first embodiment, and other components are the same as those of the first embodiment. Detailed description of the same components as those of the first embodiment will be omitted.
- the front leg elastic member 34 extends from the front waist region 7 to the front first extended portion 34a extending along the one leg side edge 17 and from the one leg side edge 17 to the other leg side edge 17.
