Abstract

Novel 3G closure mechanism for 3G bodysuit with safety application position (see Figures 5, 6) and simultaneous closure position (see Figures 5, 6, 7, 8) in the pubic area.

Description

"BODY 3G COMPRISING A NEW MECHANISM OF

CLOSING "

Field of the invention

The invention relates to a garment and more specifically to a new closure mechanism for this "body 3G", particularly able to be worn by valid persons such as babies. In this connection, said "3G" locking mechanism is the abbreviation for ^3rd Generation.

The "body 3G" will be available as a caterpillar model (see Figure 3a) when the opening is through the head and butterfly model (see Figure 1) including a full opening to avoid having to pass the head of newborns in a collar too tight while they have the region of the first two cervical vertebrae particularly fragile.

The term "body" means an undergarment with a closure mechanism, worn by a naked person with a diaper.

State of the art

The use has spread of using "body" in the form of a piece of cloth generally comprising sleeves for covering the baby's arms and a main body intended to cover the entirety of its trunk and of the basin. Worn, it leaves the legs and feet free, that is to say, uncovered. They are usually equipped with a snap closure mechanism at the crotch. They can be crossed on the front, pressed and open completely. The texture of the snaps is made of nickel-steel, which after prolonged use oxidizes and can cause allergy to babies (such as eczema). These same "bodys" are often accompanied, at the time of the purchase, of a small sachet comprising one or two snaps because they break easily during their handling. There is therefore a known risk that the baby does not swallow or hurt them. The last disadvantage is also present when the removable closure member comprises buttons at the crotch.

US Pat. No. 6,243,871 describes a "body" for babies in the form of a piece of elastic material to be expandable according to the size of the baby. The lower dorsal part of the "body" extends to cover the buttocks and the crotch. The closing mechanism is gradually attached, from top to bottom, in the upper part of the crotch, by means of a VELCRO® closing mechanism. This closing mechanism generally consists of two VELCRO® hook strips sewn vertically on the lower ventral part, starting from the fork of the body to the head and two VELCRO® velvet pads located at the end of the dorsal part or vice versa.

US Pat. No. 6,243,871 also discloses an opening mechanism consisting of four fasteners located at equal distance from the neck to the baby's belly. They consist respectively of a VELCRO® velvet part and a VELCRO® crochet part. The velvet VELCRO® part is located inside the "body" or vice versa.

US Pat. No. 6,243,871 also discloses a vertical opening mechanism completely opening the "body", by means of a long strip of VELCRO® tape, centralized and located vertically from the neck to the fork of the body. It is composed of a long strip of VELCRO® velvet ribbon placed on the front left inside of the chest and a long strip of VELCRO® hook tape placed on the right inner front or vice versa on the "body".

The elastic material used poses a problem of hygiene and may cause a blockage of blood flow to the thighs and arms of the baby. When the closing mechanism is in the closed position, there are almost always parts of the VELCRO® closure that are exposed to the baby's limbs such as hands, feet etc. The VELCRO® hook ribbon parts are therefore likely to provoke scratches or injuries to babies. VELCRO® pellets may not last long in practice because they can be sewn only in their central part, are too small and likely to detach easily.

The two vertical hooks of the closure from the fork of the body to the head may curl up on themselves and easily scratch the skin of the baby's belly.

The 4 VELCRO® fasteners may injure the baby when he sleeps as they are located inside the body on the skin.

US Pat. No. 7,254,849 describes a blanket whose fabric must be thick in order to keep the baby warm, with a closure system at the shoulders using VELCRO® bands that are substantially vertical and located at two opposite ends of the cover. It has the use of covering the entire body of the baby and more precisely its trunk, arms, legs and feet. This solution only applies to covers. In WO 98/56328 there is disclosed a diaper comprising an absorbent material which closes by fitting on two opposite sides of the baby's waist. This solution only applies to absorbent diapers.

US 5,033,121 discloses a button shirt combined with undergarment undergarment which is attached at the ventral or dorsal level by means of VELCRO® strips which are fairly long, rectangular and positioned vertically. .

The protruding corners at the ends of the ribbons may scratch the skin at the lower dorsal level or at the ventral level depending on the arrangement of the closure mechanism.

There is therefore a need for a "body" closure mechanism preventing any risk of nickel allergy on contact with the baby's skin, preventing the ribbon hooks of the closure mechanism of the prior art from scratching or hurting. the baby's skin while being dressed or undressed and allowing simultaneous closure avoiding that the hooks part of the "body" does not hurt or scratch the skin of the legs etc .. even if the baby is very stirring. Summary of the invention

The invention aims to meet these needs, to provide a "3G body" with a new "3G" closure mechanism, caterpillar model (see Figure 3a) or butterfly (see Figure 1). The caterpillar model of the body "3G" has a neckline and sleeves (5), a dorsal pan (1) extending to cover the buttocks and crotch. This dorsal panel (1) has on its inner side a rectangular curl ribbon with dehorned corners (6). The caterpillar model of the "body 3G" comprises a ventral side (3) having on its outer face a rectangular hook tape with cored angles (7). The butterfly model, open, has an additional side panel (2), completing the front part of the "body 3G", designed to be crossed and attached to the ventral side (3). These two models of the "body 3G" being characterized in that:

- Said ventral side (3) further comprises a rectangular loop ribbon with horned angles (8) on its outer face so as to provide the closure mechanism "3G" a safe threading position (see Figure 5,

6) at the level of the pubis. Said rectangular curl ribbon with horned angles

(8) of said ventral pan (3) is applied to said rectangular ribbon hooks with cored angles (7) of said ventral pan (3). Said rectangular ribbons with horned angles (7) and loops with horned corners (8) are disposed on its outer face, about the pubis with about a half cm apart between the two ribbons. They are essentially parallel to a transverse axis.

By the term "body 3G" within the meaning of the invention means an undergarment worn by a naked person with a diaper. By the term closing mechanism "3 G", the abbreviation means 3 ^èmβ Generation.

By the term "ventral pan" is meant the pan forming the front part of the body.

By the term "dorsal" is meant the pan forming the rear part of the body.

The term "inner face" means the face of the pan which is directed towards the body of the baby when the body is closed on him.

The term "outer face" means the face of the pan that is directed towards the outside of the body of the baby when the body is closed on him. The term "transverse axis" means an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and substantially horizontal when the "body 3G" is coated on a baby standing. The transverse axis connects the left side to the right side or vice versa. The new "3 G" closing mechanism can be put in the threading safety position (see figure 5), so that the hook tape of the closure does not scratch or hurt the baby's skin, for example, while dressed

The rectangular hook ribbon with dehorned corners (7) on the ventral side (3) is unhooked from the rectangular curl ribbon with the horned corners (8) of the ventral side (3) of one hand. The new closing mechanism "3G" can be in the closed and open position simultaneously (see Figure 5, 6, 7, 8) avoiding that the hooks part does not hurt or scratch the skin of the legs etc .. even if the baby is very agitated.

The "body 3G" and more specifically the new "3G" closure mechanism according to the invention was created and manufactured on the basis of new patterns according to the medical growth curve (height / weight / age) and the measurement pelvis, hips, and in this case a naked baby wearing a diaper (see Figure 3a, 3b).

The "body 3G" according to the invention is preferably made of 100% cotton jersey, nonflammable. The height and shape of the stripes were created for the "body

3G ". Detailed description of the invention

The "3G body", equipped with the new "3G" closing mechanism, includes a caterpillar model (see Figure 3a) or butterfly (see Figure 1). The caterpillar model of the body "3G" has a neckline and sleeves (5), a dorsal pan (1) extending to cover the buttocks and crotch. This dorsal panel has on its inner side a rectangular loop ribbon with cored edges (6). The caterpillar model of the "body 3G" comprises a ventral side (3) having on its outer face a rectangular hook tape with cored angles (7). The butterfly model, open, has an additional side panel (2), completing the front part of the "body 3G", designed to be crossed and attached to the ventral side (3). These two models of "body 3G" are characterized in that: The "body 3G" and more specifically the new closing mechanism "3G" according to the invention was created and manufactured on the basis of new patterns according to the curve medical growth (height / weight / age) as well as measurement of the pelvis, hips and in this case, a naked baby wearing a diaper. If we took back the existing patterns, the height of the trunk, the middle back and front, the abdomen and the crotch were not suitable. Indeed, the base of the neck was not covered, the middle part of the back, the front and the abdomen were too broad, as well as the part of cloth representing the crotch. In fact, the size of the crotch is reduced according to the age of the baby because its pelvis becomes narrower (see Figure 3a, 3b). The "body 3G" according to the invention is preferably 100 jersey

% cotton to allow safe direct contact with the baby's skin and is also non-flammable.

The closure mechanism "3G" comprises two rectangular velvet ribbons with horned angles (6,8) formed of a multitude of small loops (having the appearance of velvet) and a rectangular hook ribbon with dehorned corners (7) formed a multitude of small hooks shaped hooks. When applying and pressing a ribbon hooks on a velvet ribbon, the small hooks penetrate the loops and cling to it. By exerting a sufficient definite tension on the hook tape, the Ribbon hook velvet ribbon, which releases the closure. Preferably, the height of the loop of the hook tape is about 1 mm and the height of the loop of the pile tape is also about 1 mm. This choice is guided because usually commercially, the height of the velvet ribbons is about 2 mm and the height of the hook ribbons is about 3 mm, which is a significant thickness. The corners have been dehorned to avoid the risk of scratching. The other forms have been found to be incompatible for this invention. It was therefore necessary to create new shapes and sizes for crochet ribbons and velvet ribbons. The dimensions of these have been studied to guarantee their solidarity.

Said belly (3) further comprises a ribbon ribbon ribbon with horned angles (8) on its outer face so as to provide the closure mechanism "3G" a threading safety position (see Figure 5,

Detailed description of particular embodiments

The butterfly model of the "body 3G" shown in Figure 1 comprises a neck, two sleeves (5) and a dorsal panel (1) forming the rear portion of said "body 3G". The dorsal panel (1) is extended to cover the buttocks and the crotch.

The butterfly model of "body 3G" further comprises a ventral side (3) and a side panel (2), which is designed to be crossed and attached to the ventral side (3). It covers the baby's belly and chest. A rectangular velvet ribbon with dehorned corners (6) is located at the lower and inner end of said dorsal panel (1). A rectangular velvet ribbon with dehorned corners (8) is fixed on the distal end of the ventral pelvis (3) and a rectangular hook ribbon with dehorned corners (7) is fixed approximately half a centimeter higher on the ventral pelvis (3). . Three square hook ribbons with horned angles (10) are attached to the outside of the lateral pan (2), 2 are located at the opposite lower ends of the pan at the level of the diaper not to hurt. The last one is on the left side of the baby's chest. Three square velvet ribbons at the corners are dehorned (9) are fixed inside the ventral pan (3) and are arranged to come to bear on one another.

The ribbons (6,7 and 8) have similar dimensions. They are essentially parallel to said transverse axis. The model is recommended when the baby is not yet able to sit.

By analyzing FIGS. 3a and 3b, it can be seen that the height of the trunk, the dorsal middle, the front, the abdomen and the crotch are different from the "body" of the prior art. In addition, the size of the crotch is reduced according to the age of the baby because its pelvis becomes narrower.

The caterpillar model of the "body 3G" shown in Figure 3a includes a neckline, two sleeves (5), a dorsal pan (1) extended to cover the buttocks and crotch, a ventral pan (3) covering the breast of the baby . A rectangular velvet ribbon with dehorned corners (6) is attached to the inner distal portion of the dorsal panel (4), a rectangular velvet ribbon with dehorned corners (8) is attached to the distal outer end of the ventral pan (3) and a Rectangular hook tape with dehorned corners (7) is set about half a centimeter taller than this one (see Figure 4). The ribbons (6,7 and 8) have similar dimensions. They are essentially parallel to the transverse axis.

Claims

1. "3G body" with a new "3G" closing mechanism, in caterpillar model (see figure 3a) or butterfly (see fig 1). This dorsal panel (1) has on its inner side a rectangular curl ribbon with dehorned corners (6). - Said ventral side (3) further comprises a rectangular loop ribbon with horned angles (8) on its outer face so as to provide the locking mechanism "3G" a safe threading position (see Figure 5, 6) at the level of the pubis.
