Abstract

A suit used for children or for people who are incontinent or in loss of autonomy, to prevent them from undressing themselves. It is known that an article of clothing is generally designed with conventional openings for the head, to cover at least a part of the arms, at least a part of the legs as well as having a fastening method allowing the user to get dressed and undressed easily. In this invention, the position of the zippers in the back, the longer crotch featuring at least one zipper, reinforcing tapes or other similar object hiding the zipper slider, prevent the user from getting undressed and make the task of dressing and undressing the care recipient easier for the helper.

La présente invention concerne une combinaison de protection pour personne incontinente plus précisément, un vêtement comprenant des fermetures à glissière et positionnées de façon à empêcher un bénéficiaire de se dévêtir tout en permettant à un aidant de facilement enlever ledit vêtement au besoin.
On sait qu'un vêtement est conçu avec des ouvertures conventionnelles pour faire passer la tête, couvrir, le torse, au moins une partie de bras, au moins une partie de jambes, ayant de moyen d'attaches permettant à l'utilisateur de s'habiller et se déshabiller facilement. On sait d'autre part que la perte d'autonomie suite à un problème cognitif, un patient peut se déshabiller, faire ses besoins et les manger si ses vêtements sont facilement ouvrables. On a donc pensé que ce serait mieux une combinaison avec un minimum de pièces, dont les ouvertures positionnées autrement et solidifiées pour faciliter le contrôle tout en nécessitant un minimum d'effort à l'aidant.
L'invention concerne une combinaison pour personne incontinente formé d'une pièce couvrant le torse et au moins une partie des bras et se prolongeant jusque dans le dos. Une deuxième pièce est reliée à la première au niveau de l'omoplate et couvrant le reste du corps et au moins une partie des jambes d'un utilisateur, ledit vêtement comprenant une encolure, des manches et des jambes, au moins une ouverture s'étendant obliquement à partir de l'encolure à l'arrière du vêtement jusqu'à un côté latéral au niveau des hanches de l'usager et se prolongeant le long du côté latéral vers le bas des jambes et au moins une deuxième ouverture s'étendant à partir du bas d'une des jambes vers l'entrejambe rallongé et se prolongeant vers le bas de l'autre jambe, ladite première et deuxième ouverture se fermant à l'aide de fermetures à glissière et comprenant un ruban de renforcement ou autre moyen de même nature servant à camoufler et bloquer un curseur des fermetures à glissière.

2 Technique antérieure Un vêtement pour patient de chirurgie, tel que décrit dans le document HOLOPAINEN est très compliqué à exécuter et trop chargé pour habiller facilement une personne malade ou opérée. Ce concept très facile à réaliser, nécessite un minimum d'effort pour les soignants. Ce vêtement peut être réalisé dans n'importe quel matériel qui assure le confort et facilite l'entretien. Appelée grenouillère, cette invention peut être portée comme vêtement de jour, de nuit, ou comme un sous vêtement.
Eu égard aux différentes références entre autres l'invention de Scott Aylen (CA2127964) une couture au milieu dos, pour une personne alitée ayant des mobilités réduites, n'apporte aucun confort. Couchée sur le dos, tout le poids se retrouve dans la colonne vertébrale et par conséquent la pression du corps sur les dents de la fermeture éclaire marque la peau déjà fragilisée, ce qui peut provoquer des plaies de lits. En référence encore aux dessins, on verra que la figure 2, la combinaison est conçue sans couture d'épaule (15), ayant les manches à même le vêtement, c'est la pièce du devant (17), qui continue dans le dos, couvrant l'épaule, l'omoplate et descendant obliquement en passant par les hanches (18) et latéralement dans les côtés (7). 1. An incontinence garment used to cover the body, at least some of the arms and at least a portion of the legs of a user, said garment comprising a neckline, sleeves and legs; a first opening extending obliquely from the neckline at the back of the garment up to one lateral side at the user's hips and extending to the along the lateral side towards the lower legs; and a second opening extending from the bottom of one of legs to the crotch and extending down the other leg; said first and second openings closing each with the aid of a zipper and comprising a means of reinforcement serving camouflage and lock a slider of said zipper.

An incontinence garment as defined in claim 1, characterized in that third opening extends obliquely from the neckline to the back of the garment up to one side opposite side of the user's hips and extending along the opposite side down legs, said third opening being closed by means of a closure slide and comprising a reinforcing means for camouflaging and blocking a slider of said zipper.

3. An incontinence garment as defined in the claim 1 or 2 characterized in that that said zipper extending from the neckline to a certain distance in the lateral side.

4. An incontinence garment as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3 characterized in that the crotch is lengthened and widened creating more of amplitudes at the level of the basin.

5. An incontinence garment as defined in any one of claims 1 to 4 characterized in that the means for reinforcing the zipper includes a ribbon protection provided with a means of attachment.
