Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines FVW-Bauteils (1) mit einem Beplankungsfeld (2) und einem Primärbauteil (8) zur Verstärkung des FVW-Bauteils (1), mit den Schritten: Aufbringen eines Prepreg-Halbzeugs (4) auf eine Werkzeugform zur Ausbildung des Beplankungsfelds (2), wobei in dem Prepreg-Halbzeug (4) Fasern entsprechend eines angenommenen Kraftflussverlaufs in dem Beplankungsfeld (2) des herzustellenden Bauteils (1) bereichsweise krummlinig verlaufen; Härten des Prepreg-Halbzeugs (4); Aufbringen von Lagen eines Textil-Halbzeugs (10) auf das gehärtete Prepreg-Halbzeug (4) zur Ausbildung des Primärbauteils (8); Tränken des Textil-Halbzeugs (10) mit Matrixmaterial und Härten der Baugruppe aus vorgehärtetem Prepreg-Halbzeug (4) und Textil-Halbzeug (10); FVW-Bauteil mit zumindest einem Trägerbauteil und einem mit diesem verbundenen Hautabschnitt mit einer Ausnehmung sowie ein FVW-Rumpfteil eines Flugzeugs mit einem Schalenteil mit zumindest einer Ausnehmung und mit einem als Rahmenteil gebildeten Trägerbauteil.
