Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 유압 제동 장치에서 유압을 발생시키기 위한 차량용 마스터 실린더에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 차량용 마스터 실린더는 내부에 오일을 수용할 수 있도록 액압실이 형성된 하우징, 상기 액압실 내에 삽입되고, 왕복 운동에 의하여 상기 액압실의 압력을 조절하며, 선단부에 단차가 형성된 피스톤, 상기 하우징에 설치되어 상기 액압실에 상기 오일을 공급하는 복수의 유입 포트 및 상기 유입 포트와 소정 간격 이격되어 상기 하우징의 내면에 형성된 그루브에 고정되며, 상기 피스톤과의 접촉 여부에 따라 상기 오일의 이동 경로를 개폐하는 실을 포함하고, 상기 피스톤과 상기 실 사이에 형성된 공간을 통하여 상기 피스톤의 단차진 외주면을 따라 상기 액압실 내부로 오일이 이동하여, 피스톤의 외주면과 실 사이의 공간을 오일 이동 경로로 제공하여 그 가공 비용을 줄일 수 있으며, TCS 또는 ESC 작동 후 제동 해제 시 역류하는 액압에 의한 실의 손상을 방지할 수 있다.
