Abstract

L'invention porte sur un four autonettoyant comportant un compartiment de cuisson et un système autonettoyant servant à nettoyer ledit compartiment de cuisson. Un rotor est placé de manière centrale à l'intérieur du compartiment de cuisson. Un système de chauffage par convection inclut une prise d'air qui sépare le compartiment de cuisson et un compartiment de chauffage, tout en laissant l'air s'écouler entre lesdits compartiments de cuisson et de chauffage. Une évacuation facilite l'écoulement de l'air entre le compartiment de chauffage et le compartiment de cuisson. L'évacuation inclut un composant de type conduit d'aération, par l'intermédiaire duquel l'air quitte le compartiment de chauffage et pénètre dans le compartiment de cuisson. À l'intérieur du compartiment de chauffage, se trouve un élément chauffant. Un ventilateur à convection, situé à l'intérieur du compartiment de chauffage, est conçu pour aspirer l'air provenant du compartiment de cuisson à travers la prise d'air et en direction du compartiment de chauffage, diriger l'air sur l'élément de chauffage, et expulser l'air du compartiment de chauffage en direction du compartiment de cuisson par l'intermédiaire du composant de type conduit d'aération. Une chicane se trouve à proximité du composant de type conduit d'aération et s'étend vers l'extérieur au-delà dudit composant, en direction du compartiment de cuisson selon une direction revenant vers le rotor, afin de diriger l'air pénétrant dans le compartiment de cuisson vers un centre de la chambre de cuisson.
