Description

LANDSCAPING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREOF
The present invention relates to a landscaping method and a device thereof, and in particular to a landscaping method and a device thereof which make it possible to transplant landscaping trees which are planted in a roadside, a home or a commercial building zone.
Garden trees are generally planted in a garden of a house or a commercial building zone, and street trees are planted in a roadside or a footpath for the purpose of landscape.
However, when planting a conventional garden tree, a street tree or a landscaping tree, it is needed to dig a hollow in a roadside or a home garden, and a landscaping tree is planted with its roots being fully covered with soil, and water is provided, so the roots of a planted tree can grow well in the soil.
However, according to a conventional tree landscaping method, once a tree is planted and grows, the planted tree is not moved from an initially planted place without unless the planted tree is died or exchanged with another one. So, people watching the planted trees might feel boring. The trees look best when they bloom. In case of a fruit tree, the tree with a fruit might look best, and a larch might be most beautiful when it has colored leaves. The above best moments are short, so it is impossible to have time enough to feel the best scene of trees, and people always miss.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a landscaping method and a device thereof which make it possible to maximize a landscaping effect by freely transplanting a landscaping tree, which is planted in a roadside, a house or a garden of a building, at the best moment.
To achieve the above objects, there is provided a landscaping method which comprises a step for forming a hollow in a place to be planted with a landscaping tree; a step in which a landscaping tree planted and being grown in a pot having a certain size enough to accommodate a bottom of a landscaping tree including roots is mounted on a support and transportation device of the pot, and the landscaping tree is planted into a hollow along with the pot and the support and transportation device of the pot; a step for lifting the support and transportation device of the pot from the hollow using a crane or the like when it is needed to exchange with another landscaping tree depending the season and for moving the pulled-out landscaping tree to another place; and a step for mounting a landscaping tree, which will be exchanged, being planted in the pot as a landscaping tree which blooms or has colored leaves depending on a corresponding season, and being grown in another place for being moved and planted, on a support and transportation device of the pot, and for moving to an empty hollow and for replanting into an empty hollow along with the support and transportation device of the pot.
To achieve the above objects, there is provided a pot support and transportation device which comprises a base member which accommodates, supports and moves a pot with a panted landscaping tree and is made of a steel material and supports the pot; a plurality of bar members which are extended from the base member for supporting a side wall of the pot; and a plurality of holes formed in the base member for being hooked by a rope, a hook or the like.
To achieve the above objects, there is provided a pot support and transportation device characterized in that the devices accommodates, supports and moves a pot having a planted landscaping tree, and includes a net member for covering the whole parts of the body of the pot for thereby substantially covering from the bottom to the side wall of the pot.
To achieve the above objects, there is provided a pot support and transportation device, which is configured to accommodate, supports and moves a pot having a planted landscaping tree which comprises a steel concrete box shaped structure which is configured to accommodate the pot and whose upper side is open; a plurality of nuts which are fixed in an inner wall of the steel concrete box shaped structure along an outer side of the pot, while being opposite to one another; and a bolt which is engaged with the nit and is extendable by virtue of a rotation and fixedly supports an outer wall of the pot.
In the present invention, various landscaping trees are panted in pots(which are similar with flowerpots for planting big trees) having predetermined shapes and are grown, and a street tree, generally planted in a roadside, is planted in the above pot, and the pot with trees are supported and transported in the device of the present invention, and the pot is planted in a hollow along a pot support and transportation device. When a certain landscaping tree whose flowers bloomed is exchanged with a street tree, which is planted in a roadside, and a crane is used for lifting a pot support and transportation device of a roadside and moves the lifted pot to a planting position, and a landscaping tree having a flower is placed on the pot support and transportation device and is moved to an empty hollow from which a street tree is removed and is planted into the hollow, so it is possible to see a street tree having the best state with flowers depending on a season. In addition, it is possible to exchange a landscaping tree in a home or a building garden by means of the above manner for thereby maintaining the best landscaping state.

The present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 is a view illustrating a pot having a planted landscaping tree according to the present invention. Figure 2 is a view illustrating an embodiment of a device for supporting and transporting a pot having a planted landscaping tree according to the present invention. Figure 3 is a view illustrating another embodiment of a device for supporting and transporting a pot having a planted landscaping tree according to the present invention. Figure 4 is a view illustrating further another embodiment of a device for supporting and transporting a pot having a planted landscaping tree according to the present invention.
Figure 5 is a view for describing a procedure that a landscaping tree is planted and transported according to the present invention.
As shown therein, reference numeral 1 means a landscaping tree planted in a roadside or a garden and a farm. The landscaping tree 1 of the present invention is not directly planted into a ground but is grown in a pot 2 which is a kind of a large size flower pot. Namely, the pot 2 is planted into a ground.
Here, the pot 1 is preferably made of clay, ceramic, plastic, rubber, synthetic rubber or steel which is generally used as a pot material. The pot 2 is equipped with a plurality of holes 4 for receiving water or roots 3.
The pot 2 with a landscaping tree 1 might be placed on the ground like a conventional flower pot in a farm where cultivates a lot of landscaping trees or might be planted into a ground for managing the landscaping tree 1.
When the pot 2 is too large and remains on the ground in a roadside, a home or a garden, it is generally planted into a ground for preventing a worse look of city. As shown in Figures 2 through 4, the pot 2 is placed on the support and transportation devices 5, 6 and 7 and is planted into a ground for thereby easily pulling out the pot 2 from the ground.
The detailed constructions of the support and transportation devices 5m 6 and 7 of the pot will be described later. Here, the landscaping method of the present invention will be first described.
When the landscaping tree 1 is planted as a street tree, as shown in Figure 5, a hollow 8 is formed along a roadside. When the pot 2A with a landscaping tree 1A is planted into the hollow 8, the pot 2A is placed on the support and transportation device 5 as shown in Figure 2, and soil(sand and gravels) is filled around the pot 2A for thereby finishing a planting work of the landscaping tree 1A.
In this state, the landscaping tree 1A of a certain year blooms and falls flowers, and another landscaping tree 1 growing in a farm starts blooming. When it is needed to exchange the landscaping tree 1 of the farm with the landscaping tree 1A planted in the roadside, a crane connects a hook to the support and transportation device 5 planted so as to support the landscaping tree 1A of a roadside and lifts the same, so the landscaping tree 1A is lifted along with the pot 2A and the support and transportation device 5 like a turnip is pulled out of the ground.
The pulled landscaping tree 1A is loaded on a work vehicle and is moved to a farm or a certain place where needs the tree. The landscaping tree 1 of the farm is moved. At this time, the pot 2 is planted into the empty hollow 8 along with the support and transportation device 5, and soil is filled around the tree for thereby finishing an exchange work of the landscaping tree 1.
With the above procedure, it is possible to continuously exchange the landscaping trees of a roadside depending on the blooming seasons or fruiting seasons or colored leaves seasons for thereby maximizing the landscaping effects or enhancing the look of garden.
Figure 2 is a view of the support and transportation device 5 according to the present invention. The support and transportation device 5 includes a base member 9 which is made of a metallic steel material and supports the pots 2 and 2A, a plurality of bar members 10 which are protruded from an upper side of the base member 9 by a welding method and supports a side wall of the pot 2, and a plurality of holes 11 formed in the base member 9 for hanging a steel cable or a rope.
In a state that the pots 2 and 2A are placed on the base member 9, the pots are moved into the hollow 8, and the holes 11 are hooked with a rope having hooks when moving the pots into the hollow. The crane(winch mechanism) lifts the pots 2 and 2A and places into the hollow 8, and soil is filled around the pots. When the pots are to be pulled out of the hollow, the crane can easily pull out the pots 2 and 2A and the support and transportation device 5 for exchanging with a new landscaping tree.
When the landscaping trees 1 and 1A are directly planted into the ground without the pots 2 and 2a, a digging and pulling-out work need a lot of hard work, and a lot of time is needed while damaging roots. When the landscaping tree is moved, the landscaping tree might die. In the present invention, since it is easy to plant the landscaping trees using the pots 2 and 2A and the support and transportation device 5, and an exchanging work is easy. Since the soil and roots are protected in the pots 2 and 2A, the landscaping tree rarely dies with a high change of living.
Figure 3 is a view of another embodiment of the support and transportation device 6 according to the present invention. The support and transportation device 6 is made of a flexible net member 6 woven with a metallic cable or a rope for thereby easily accommodating the pot 2. Since the net member 6 consists of holes, it is easy to hook the holes using a crane for lifting the same.
Figure 4 is a view of another example of the support and transportation device 7 according to the present invention. The support and transportation device 7 is equipped with a pot-shaped steel concrete structure 12 whose upper side is open. The pot 2 is accommodated into the steel concrete structure 12. The pot 2 is fixed by virtue of a nut 13 insert-fixed to an inner wall of the steel concrete structure 12, and a bolt 14 whose length is extendable from the nut based on a screw engagement. The nuts 13 and the bolts 14 surround the pot 2 in multiple stages, and the bolts 14 are extended, and the sidewall of the pot 2 is pushed for thereby fixing the pot 2. When fixing the pot 2 in the air, a support ware 15 is placed at the end of the pot 2 for gathering the water from the pot 2. In hot summer, water is frequently provided. So, in the present invention, it is possible to recycle the water gathered in the support ware 15 as water is drained from the pot 2 for thereby easily supplying water.
