Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un système de réfrigération utilisant un mélange réfrigérant comprenant du gaz carbonique et au moins un tiers corps et un cycle frigorifique associé caractérisé en ce que la teneur en gaz carbonique est au moins égale à 75 % molaires, de préférence au moins 85%, en ce que la température critique du / des tiers corps est au moins égale à 150°C et en ce que le cycle frigorifique comprend les étapes de condensation, de détente, et de compression, en ce que le mélange réfrigérant est partiellement vaporisé durant l'étape de vaporisation, que les phases liquide et vapeur sont séparées préalablement à la compression, que la phase vapeur est comprimée dans un compresseur et la phase liquide pompée dans une pompe jusqu'à la haute pression du cycle.
