Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de liquéfaction d'un gaz naturel dans au moins 1 échangeur de chaleur cryogénique (EC1) par circulation en contact indirect avec au moins un flux (SI) de fluide réfrigérant entrant à sensiblement la température TO dans une première entrée (AA1) dans ledit échangeur (EC1) et à une pression PI, le traversant à co-courant dudit flux de gaz naturel (Sg), en sortant (BB) à l'état liquide, puis étant détendu par un détendeur (Dl) au niveau de l'extrémité froide (BB) dudit échangeur (EC1) pour se retrouver à l'état gazeux à une pression P1 inférieure à PI et à une température T1 inférieure à TO, avant de ressortir à un orifice de sortie (AA3) de l'extrémité chaude (AA) dudit échangeur (EC1) à l'état gazeux et sensiblement à une température T0. Ledit fluide réfrigérant à l'état gazeux est ensuite au moins partiellement reliquéfié et acheminé vers l'entrée (AA1) dudit échangeur par une compression dans un premier compresseur (C1) puis une condensation partielle dans un premier condenseur (HO) et une séparation de phase, une première phase liquide (d1a) étant acheminée au moins en partie vers ladite première entrée (AA1), une première phase gazeuse (d1b) étant comprimée par un deuxième compresseur (CIA) puis refroidie dans un désurchauffeur (DS) par contact avec une partie (dlc) de ladite première phase liquide (d1a) en sortie dudit premier séparateur, avant condensation dans un deuxième condenseur (H1).
