Abstract
Cette invention concerne un dispositif (100) de moulage par extrusion de conduit d'amenée médical ainsi qu'un procédé associé. Le dispositif (100) et le procédé consistent à former un conduit d'une épaisseur d'un diamètre extérieur uniformes en empêchant la déformation provoquée par le propre poids du conduit ainsi que par sa contraction. Le dispositif (100) comprend une première, une deuxième et une troisième extrudeuse (10a), (10b) et (10c) recevant, ramollissant et mélangeant respectivement différents matériaux de résine, des matrices de moulage (20) recevant respectivement les matériaux de résine mélangés provenant des première, deuxième et troisième extrudeuses (10a), (10b) et (10c) et extrudant verticalement un conduit tubulaire multi-couche, une cuve de calibrage sous vide (30) stabilisant une forme externe du conduit tubulaire (T) poussé à l'extérieur des matrices de moulage (20) au moyen d'une pression de refroidissement et d'une pression sous vide, un rouleau d'appel (40) tirant et acheminant le conduit (T) qui a traversé la cuve de calibrage sous vide (30) à une vitesse prédéterminée, une cuve d'eau de refroidissement (50) refroidissant le conduit (T) guidé et acheminé par le rouleau d'appel (40), et une soufflerie (60) installée à une extrémité de la cuve d'eau de refroidissement (50) dans un sens de mouvement du conduit (T) et séchant la surface du conduit qui est passé à travers la cuve d'eau de refroidissement (50).
