Abstract

carrito plegable, aplicable para el transporte de la compra desde la tienda al coche y del coche al domicilio, formado por una estructura (2) y un contenedor (3), comprendiendo largueros guías (4) para las ruedecillas (5) del contenedor (3), unidos articuladamente (8) a patas laterales (9), con ruedas (10), que junto a otra central (11), unida a ellas por una pieza (12) y a un larguero longitudinal (17), situado entre las guías (4), también con rueda (13), forman el apoyo plegable. Cuenta con rampas (6), para acoplarse a los extremos de las guías (4), y facilitar la colocación y extracción del contenedor (3). Dispone de un gancho (7), y sistema de frenado de las ruedas (5) para sujeción del contenedor (3). La unión de la pata central (11) con el larguero (17) se realiza mediante una pieza deslizante (19), contando con muescas (20) que la fijan en posiciones predeterminadas.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES MODIFICADASrecibidas por Ia oficina Internacional el 25 Mayo 2009
1.- CARRITO PLEGABLE, APLICABLE PARA EL TRANSPORTE DE LA COMPRA DESDE LA TIENDA AL COCHE Y DEL COCHE AL DOMICILIO, del tipo que comprende una estructura tubular inferior (2) sobre la que se acopla un contenedor (3), estando dicha estructura (2) realizada en cualquier material, preferentemente metálico, adecuadamente resistente y ligero, y el contenedor (3) en cualquier material (metálico, plástico u otros) adecuadamente apto para el uso a que se destina, igualmente ligero y resistente, caracterizado en que la estructura (2) comprende sendos largueros paralelos de sección en U que constituyen guias (4) aptas para acoger las ruedecillas (5) de que está provisto inferiormente el contenedor (3) , en cuyos extremos, las guias (4), presentan respectivos puntos de unión articulada (8) que las unen a sendas patas laterales (9) , las cuales, provistas de correspondientes ruedas (10) en su extremo inferior, junto a una tercera pata central (11), unida articuladamente en aspa a ellas, mediante una pieza (12) prevista en su zona central, e igualmente dotada de una rueda (13) en su extremo inferior, forman el apoyo plegable del carrito (1) , estando, la pata central (11) , en su extremo superior, unida a un larguero longitudinal (17), situado entre las descritas guias (4) , que a su vez se une a ellas mediante respectivos travesanos (18) ; y en que la unión de la pata central (11) con el larguero (17) se realiza mediante una pieza deslizante (19) que posibilita graduar la altura del carrito según convenga, existiendo para ello, en dicho larguero (17) , una serie de muescas (20) que fijarán la pieza (19) en varias posiciones predeterminadas. 14
2.- CARRITO PLEGABLE, APLICABLE PARA EL TRANSPORTE DE LA COMPRA DESDE LA TIENDA AL COCHE Y DEL COCHE AL DOMICILIO, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho de estar previstas sendas rampas (6), de dimensiones y configuración adecuadas para acoplarse a los correspondientes extremos de las guias (4) , ya sea de forma eventual en el momento de precisar su uso o bien de forma permanente mediante su fijación, adecuadamente abatible, a la estructura (2), estando destinadas a facilitar la operación de colocación y extracción del contenedor (3) a la estructura (2) y viceversa.
3.- CARRITO PLEGABLE, APLICABLE PARA EL TRANSPORTE DE LA COMPRA DESDE LA TIENDA AL COCHE Y DEL COCHE AL DOMICILIO, según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizada por el hecho de que las guias (4) disponen, al menos una de ellas, de un elemento de fijación, tal como un gancho (7) , destinado a proporcionar la adecuada sujeción del contenedor (3) a la estructura (2) ; y porque las ruedecillas (5) del contenedor cuentan con un sistema de frenado de las mismas .
4.- CARRITO PLEGABLE, APLICABLE PARA EL
TRANSPORTE DE LA COMPRA DESDE LA TIENDA AL COCHE Y DEL COCHE AL DOMICILIO, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada por el hecho de que la pieza (12) , que une articuladamente las patas laterales (9) con la pata central (11), adopta una configuración en forma de cruz, estando compuesta por una pieza tubular horizontal (14) , atravesada por un eje (15) que une entre si y en su zona central las dos patas laterales (9) y la pata central (11), y otra pieza tubular (16), unida solidaria y perpendicularmente a la pieza horizontal (14) , estando atravesada por la pata central 15

5.- CARRITO PLEGABLE, APLICABLE PARA EL
TRANSPORTE DE LA COMPRA DESDE LA TIENDA AL COCHE Y DEL COCHE AL DOMICILIO, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada por el hecho de que las ruedas (10) de las patas laterales (9) son fijas, y la rueda (13) de la pata central (11) gira libremente, pudiendo el carrito (1) ser dirigido tanto desde un lado del mismo como desde el opuesto, según se desee.
6.- CARRITO PLEGABLE, APLICABLE PARA EL TRANSPORTE DE LA COMPRA DESDE LA TIENDA AL COCHE Y DEL COCHE AL DOMICILIO, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada por el hecho de que la estructura (2) prevé la incorporación de una bolsa adicional (21) fijada en uno de sus laterales mediante sistemas convencionales .
7.- CARRITO PLEGABLE, APLICABLE PARA EL
TRANSPORTE DE LA COMPRA DESDE LA TIENDA AL COCHE Y DEL COCHE AL DOMICILIO, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada por el hecho de que el contenedor (3) está dotado de sendas asas laterales (22) destinadas a facilitar su manejo de forma independiente, asi como de una asa o manillar frontal (23) destinado a facilitar el manejo del conjunto del carrito (1) .
