Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de tirage de boisson comportant une cuve de stockage destinée à stocker la boisson à tirer, une unité de refroidissement destinée à refroidir la boisson à stocker à une température prédéfinie, et une unité de tirage destinée à distribuer la boisson sous pression, présentant un bec verseur d'écoulement pourvu d'un tube de passage refermable guidant la boisson. Un dispositif de refroidissement destiné à refroidir la boisson se trouvant dans le tube de passage et/ou un dispositif de production de mousse destiné à produire une couronne de mousse d'une boisson tirée dans un contenant, sont affectés au bec verseur d'écoulement de l'unité de tirage.
