Abstract

The invention relates to a beverage tap device, comprising a storage container for storing the beverage to be tapped, a cooling unit for cooling the stored beverage to a predetermined temperature, a tap unit for dispensing the pressurized beverage, said unit comprising an outlet grommet having a closable through-pipe conducting the beverage, wherein the outlet grommet of the tap unit is associated with a cooling device for cooling the beverage present in the through-pipe and/or a foaming device for producing a head of the beverage tapped into a vessel.
