Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Getränkezapfvorrichtung mit einem Vorratsbehälter zum Bevorraten des zu zapfenden Getränkes, mit einer Kühleinheit zum Kühlen des bevorrateten Getränks auf eine vorgegebene Temperatur, mit einer Zapfeinheit zum Ausgeben des unter Druck stehenden Getränks, die eine Auslauftülle mit einem das Getränk führenden verschließbaren Durchgangsrohr aufweist, wobei der Auslauftülle der Zapfeinheit eine Kühleinrichtung zum Kühlen des im Durchgangsrohr befindlichen Getränks und/oder eine Schaumbildungseinrichtung zur Erzeugung einer Schaumkrone des in einem Gefäß gezapften Getränkes zugeordnet ist.
