Abstract

再生砂の品質を向上させることができる鋳物砂再生装置を提供する。下端に砂落し口を有する砂投入部1と、該砂投入部1の下方において水平方向に回転自在に配設される回転ドラム2と、該回転ドラム2をモータ3により回転させるモータ駆動手段4と、前記回転ドラム2内において回転ドラム2との間に隙間を設けて配置されたローラ5と、該ローラ5にシリンダー6が連結されて、該ローラ5を回転ドラム2に向けて押しつけるシリンダー手段7とからなる鋳物砂再生装置であって、前記砂投入部の砂落し口に設置され投入される砂流量を検出する砂流量検出器Aと、前記モータ3の電流値を検出する電流検出器Bと、前記シリンダー6の圧力制御手段Cと、前記砂流量検出器Aにより検出される砂流量に応じて前記シリンダー6がローラ5を押しつける加圧力を調整する制御手段Dと備えている。
