本实用新型公开了一种易于更换模具的挤条机，包括：挤压机的料斗、物料推动螺杆、具有螺栓孔的挤条机机头、具有螺栓孔的孔板压盖、孔板和孔板压盖紧固螺栓及螺母；其特征在于，在挤条机机头处和孔板压盖一侧分别安装挂耳，所述挂耳通过转动轴连接，在孔板压盖安装挂耳的对侧安装把手；所述孔板嵌入安装在孔板压盖内。本实用新型可以解决易于拆装孔板等技术问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种催化剂制备技术。
背景技术
当前，固体催化剂制备过程主要分为碾压、挤条、干燥、焙烧等几道工序。其中，挤条工序是将碾压后具有可塑性的物料加入到挤条机，挤压出具有三叶草、蝶形、圆环、圆柱等外观的条状物料。
挤压工序通常采用单螺杆卧式挤条机。碾压的物料加入到挤条机的料斗内，物料在螺杆的推动作用下，挤压通过挤条机前端的装有不同形状模具，挤压出不同形状、尺寸的条状物料。模具嵌入安装在孔板上。由于挤条的外观质量和挤条的连续性受碾压物料的干净程度、干湿程度和熟化程度影响，挤条机模具经常会出现堵塞的情况。
由于处理量不断增加，因此挤条机的外形尺寸、重量不断增大，安装模具的孔板尺寸和重量也不断增大，以DJ-150单螺杆挤条机孔板为例，孔板重量为17.5kg。如遇碾压物料含有较多颗粒或杂物，或碾压物料过干、过湿，或碾压物料熟化程度不够，容易出现堵塞模具的情况，影响产品的外观质量，需及时人工拆装孔板，更换模具。拆装孔板需先将孔板与挤条机整体分离，更换模具，再将孔板与挤条机螺栓孔对孔安装。由于孔板较重，搬运和对孔拆装不方便，因此需耗费较多人工和时间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种易于更换模具的挤条机，以解决易于拆装孔板等技术问题。
为了实现上述发明目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下：
一种易于更换模具的挤条机，包括：挤压机的料斗、物料推动螺杆、具有螺栓孔的挤条机机头、具有螺栓孔的孔板压盖、孔板和孔板压盖紧固螺栓及螺母；在挤条机机头处和孔板压盖一侧分别安装挂耳，所述挂耳通过转动轴连接，在孔板压盖安装挂耳的对侧安装把手；所述孔板嵌入安装在孔板压盖内。
本实用新型的优点是，由于孔板压盖与挤条机连接成一体和原孔板被分离成两部分， 因此在拆装孔板更换模具时，不再需要将孔板与挤条机整体分离，只需将小孔板拆下，更换模具，更节省体力，减少拆装时间。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的结构参见图1、2。所述一种易于更换模具的挤条机，包括：挤压机的料斗、物料推动螺杆、具有螺栓孔的挤条机机头4、具有螺栓孔的孔板压盖1、孔板5和孔板压盖紧固螺栓3及螺母6。
在挤条机机头4处和孔板压盖1一侧分别安装挂耳，通过转动轴2连接所述挤条机机头处和孔板压盖一侧分别安装的挂耳，在孔板压盖安装挂耳的对侧，安装把手7；所述孔板5嵌入安装在孔板压盖1内。
拆装孔板的步骤：①松开紧固螺栓，将螺栓退出孔板；②拉动孔板压盖把手，使孔板压盖与挤条机机头分离；③取下孔板压盖内的孔板，即可更换模具。

1.一种易于更换模具的挤条机，包括：挤压机的料斗、物料推动螺杆、具有螺栓孔的挤条机机头、具有螺栓孔的孔板压盖、孔板和孔板压盖紧固螺栓及螺母；其特征在于，在挤条机机头处和孔板压盖一侧分别安装挂耳，所述挂耳通过转动轴连接，在孔板压盖安装挂耳的对侧安装把手；所述孔板嵌入安装在孔板压盖内。
