Abstract

　車両に搭載された車載機は、車両の目的地と現在地の情報を含んだプローブ情報を情報管理センターへ送信する。プローブ情報を受信した情報管理センターは、道路交通情報を用いて、車両が目的地に到着する時刻を算出し、車両用の設備を制御するための路側機相当機に通知する。一旦、到着予測時刻の算出と通知が行われた後でも、所定の時間間隔で繰り返し、到着予測時刻の算出と通知が情報管理センターによって行われる。路側機相当機は、通知された到着予測時刻を更新していき、最新の到着予測時刻に合わせて設備の制御を行う。
