Abstract

本発明は、低温での熱分解性に優れる末端変性アクリル重合体、該末端変性アクリル重合体を用いた無機微粒子分散ペースト組成物及び該末端変性アクリル重合体の製造方法を提供する。 本発明は、下記式(1)に示す繰り返し単位からなる主鎖の両末端又は片末端に下記式(2)に示す基を有する末端変性アクリル重合体である。 式中、R1は水素原子、炭素数1以上の有機基又は炭素数1以上の有機基の誘導体を表し、R2は炭素数1以上の有機基又は炭素数1以上の有機基の誘導体を表し、R3及びR4は水素原子、炭素数1以上の有機基又は炭素数1以上の有機基の誘導体を表す。また、nは正の整数を表す。
