Abstract

 静電気対策部品は、内部に空洞部を有するセラミック素体と、空洞部を介して対向する2つの放電用電極とを備える。放電用電極はタングステンを80重量パーセント以上含有する金属よりなる。放電用電極でのタングステンの全量に対して酸素と結合したタングステンの量が2.0原子%以下である。この静電気対策部品は、高電圧の静電気を繰り返し放電用電極に印加してもショートの恐れが少なく、高い信頼性を有する。
