Abstract

 回転軸の周りにチップを回転させることにより遠心力および重力の作用を利用して液体を送液するチップであって、チップ回転停止時に液体を導入可能な第1の貯液槽(1-1)と、送液ユニット(U-1、U-2、U-3)が、それぞれ第1の保持槽(10-1、20-1、30-1)と、第1の保持槽の重力方向に位置する第2の保持槽(10-2、20-2)、30-2)と、第1の保持槽から重力方向に延伸し、第1の保持槽と第2の保持槽とを連通する流路B(B-1、B-2、B-3)からなり、第1段目の第1の保持槽が、第1の貯液槽から外周側に延伸する流路A(A-1)と接続されていて、互いに隣接して多段に配置されている、2以上の送液ユニットとを含み、隣接する送液ユニット同士が、上段の送液ユニットの第2の保持槽から回転の外周側に延伸し、下段の送液ユニットの第1の保持槽に連通する流路C(C-1、C-2)により連結される、送液チップ。
