Abstract

　本発明は、（Ａ）オルガノポリシロキサン１００質量部、及び、（Ｂ）湿式シリカ６０～２００質量部からなるシリカマスターバッチであり、下記条件： （１）目開き４２０μｍの平織り金網のふるい残分が前記シリカマスターバッチの６５～８５質量％ （２）前記ふるい残分に含まれるオルガノポリシロキサンの９０質量％以上がトルエンに不溶 の少なくとも１つを満たすことを特徴とするシリカマスターバッチに関する。本発明によって、 湿式シリカをオルガノポリシロキサンに良好に分散可能であり、通常のバッチ式製造方法よりも短時間にシリコーンゴム組成物を製造でき、しかも、通常のバッチ式製造方法で得られるシリコーンゴム組成物と同等の物性を提供することのできるシリカマスターバッチ及び当該シリカマスターバッチを含むシリコーンゴム組成物を提供することができる。
