Abstract

　本願発明は、ｔｅｒｔ－ロイシンと、ｔｅｒｔ－ロイシンに対して０．９倍モル以上１．１倍モル以下のイソシアン酸化合物とを、ｐＨを８．０以上１３．５以下に維持しつつ混合することを特徴とする、Ｎ－カルバモイル－ｔｅｒｔ－ロイシンの製造方法に関する。これにより、ジペプチド様の化合物や尿素型化合物の副生を抑えつつ、Ｎ－カルバモイル－ｔｅｒｔ－ロイシンを簡便かつ効率良く製造することが可能である。
