Abstract

 トラネキサム酸やセトラキセートの製造中間体である4-アミノメチル安息香酸の安価で効率のよい製造方法を提供することを目的とする。  下記の式(1)で表される化合物をC1~C6-アルコール中で加熱して、下記の式(2)(式中、RはC1~C6-アルキル基を示す。)で表される化合物を得、次いでアンモニア水溶液又はアンモニア水溶液と有機溶剤との混合液中で金属触媒の存在下接触還元することを特徴とする、下記の式(3)で表される化合物の製造方法。
