Abstract

 エッチング倍率が高く、かつ、固体電解質を含浸した場合でも高い静電容量を得ることができる電解コンデンサ用アルミニウムエッチド板を製造するにあたって、アルミニウム純度が99.98質量%以上のアルミニウム板に対して、交流による電気化学的エッチングを行い、エッチング部位(3)の嵩比重が0.6~1.2である電解コンデンサ用アルミニウムエッチド板(1)を得る。エッチング部位(3)は、表面から20μmより深い位置の平面断面を画像解析装置で測定したとき、各測定面において、円形に換算したときのピット径で0.01~1μmφのピット数が当該測定面内における全ピット数の70%以上存在しており、エッチング倍率が高く、かつ、固体電解質を含浸した場合でも高い静電容量を得ることができる。
