Abstract

 本発明は、ニトロスチレン誘導体等の還元されやすい基を有するニトロ化合物を、アミノスチレン誘導体等の還元されやすい基を有するアミノ化合物へ選択的に還元することを可能とする、新規な選択的還元方法の提供を課題とする。  本発明は、「白金担持炭素、オスミウム担持炭素、ルテニウム担持炭素、パラジウム担持炭素及びロジウム担持炭素から選ばれる金属触媒担持炭素1種の存在下、還元性基を有するニトロ芳香族化合物と、ヒドラジン又は水素から選ばれる還元剤とを反応させることを特徴とする、還元性基を有するニトロ芳香族化合物中のニトロ基の選択的還元方法(但し、還元剤が水素の場合、金属触媒担持炭素はオスミウム担持炭素、ルテニウム担持炭素或いは白金担持炭素である)」に関する。
