Abstract

 燃料電池の発電停止後に掃気処理を行う燃料電池システムであっても、バッテリ稼働時による稼働時間を伸ばす。制御部6は、圧力センサPのセンサ値に基づいて、ガス欠が発生したと判定した場合に、燃料電池2の発電を停止させる。そして、例えば、掃気処理に要する時間を短縮したうえで掃気処理を実行する。一方、ガス欠が発生していないと判定した場合には、燃料電池2の発電を停止させる状況であれば、発電を停止させてから通常の掃気処理を実行する。
