Abstract

　導波管モードに起因するスプリアスを軽減することができ、良好な減衰特性を得ることを可能とするチップ型フィルタ部品を得る。 　チップ本体２に、導電膜６，７及びグラウンド電極１３，１４からなる筒状体のグラウンド電極が形成されており、チップ本体２内に形成された共振器電極８が該筒状体により囲まれており、共振器電極８に結合されている入力電極１１及び出力電極１２の電極長さが、共振器電極８の共振周波数に相当する波長の１／２の長さとは異なる長さとされており、入力電極１１の第１の端部１１ｂ３と、出力電極１２の第１の端部１２ｂ３とが対向配置されて結合容量Ｃｐが形成されており、上記入力電極１１と結合容量及び上記出力電極１２とで構成されるバンドパスフィルタが主たるフィルタ部に付加されている、チップ型フィルタ部品１。
