Abstract

 豚糞、牛糞、鶏糞等の畜糞尿を含む家畜排泄物等を含有し、水分を多量に含む高含水率有機廃棄物の脱塩方法及びバイオマス燃料の製造方法並びにバイオマス燃料を提供する。排出源(1)から排出される高含水率有機廃棄物を脱塩設備(2)を用いて塩素濃度が4000ppm以下かつ含水率が90質量%以下の脱塩素有機廃棄物とし、次いで、バイオマス燃料の製造設備(3)の水分調整設備(21)にて水分調整材を添加して含水率を70質量%以下に調整し、次いで、発酵槽(22)にて脱塩素有機廃棄物を発酵させるとともに、この発酵過程にて発生する発酵熱を用いて加熱乾燥させ、塩素濃度が4000ppm以下かつ含水率が40質量%以下の乾燥脱塩素有機廃棄物とする。
