Abstract

 電子写真装置において紙送りローラの導電性部材の導電性を適切な範囲に保ち、耐久性劣化を有効に防止しながら、電気抵抗値の電圧依存性及び抵抗ムラを小さくし、長期に渡り良好な印刷画質を得る。多イソシアネート化合物またはポリオール化合物とイソシアネート化合物が分散及び/または溶解した媒体中に、カーボンナノチューブが分散している表面処理液を、ゴム、樹脂及び熱可塑性エラストマーからなる群から選択される1種以上の弾性材料を用いて形成した導電性弾性層の外表面に塗布した後、加熱硬化処理を行い、コーティング層を形成している。
