Abstract

 【課題】 プラズマ場のばらつきを抑制し、流体を良好に分解することができるプラズマ発生体および及びプラズマ発生体を用いた各種装置を提供することにある。  【解決手段】 本発明のプラズマ発生体は、内部空間Sを挟んで対向する一対の第1電極4を備える管状の外囲体1と、一対の第1電極4間に、間に空隙を介して配置される第2電極5とを備え、第2電極5は、一方の端部3aが外囲体1に固定され、且つ他方の端部3bが自由端であり、一対の第1電極4のそれぞれと第2電極5との間にプラズマを発生させるものである。
