Abstract

L'invention concerne un corps de génération de plasma, dans lequel la fluctuation du champ de plasma est supprimée et un fluide est parfaitement décomposé. Cette invention concerne aussi divers types d'appareils utilisant le corps de génération de plasma. Ce dernier comporte un logement tubulaire (1) possédant une paire de premières électrodes qui se font face et qu'un espace interne (S) sépare, et une seconde électrode (5) placée entre la paire d'électrodes (4), un espace séparant celles-ci. Une partie d'extrémité (3a) de la seconde électrode (5) est fixée au logement (1), et l'autre partie d'extrémité (3b) est une extrémité libre. Le plasma est généré entre la paire de premières électrodes (4) et la seconde électrode (5).
