Abstract
Disclosed are a plasma generating body wherein plasma field fluctuation is suppressed and a fluid is excellently decomposed, and various types of apparatuses using the plasma generating body. The plasma generating body is provided with a tubular housing (1) having a pair of first electrodes (4) facing each other with an inner space (S) in between, and a second electrode (5) arranged between the pair of electrodes (4) by having a space in between. One end portion (3a) of the second electrode (5) is fixed to the housing (1), and the other end portion (3b) is a free end. Plasma is generated between the pair of first electrodes (4) and the second electrode (5), respectively.
