Abstract

 インバータ部品50を搬送する搬送用コンベア20と、搬送用コンベア20の一部を覆いインバータ部品50の加熱を行う加熱炉13と、搬送用コンベア20を冷却する冷却機構と、を備え、搬送用コンベア20を冷却機構によって冷却する搬送部冷却方法において、インバータ部品50を搬送する搬送用コンベア20に、インバータ部品50に接触してインバータ部品50の搬送を行う搬送用ローラ21が備えられ、冷却機構として搬送用ローラ21の外周を囲い、搬送用ローラ21の外周の一部を突出させる開口部25eを有するローラ冷却部材25が備えられ、加熱炉13の熱によって加熱した搬送用ローラ21を、ローラ冷却部材25で冷却する。
