Abstract

 被改質ガスの導入口4及び改質ガスの排出口8が形成された改質反応器10と、改質反応器10の内部空間に、相対向するように配置された一対の電極12と、一対の電極12に対してパルス電圧を印加するパルス電源14とを備え、一対の電極12の一方が線状電極12aであるとともに、一対の電極12の他方は導電性セラミックスからなり、隔壁によってガスの流路となる複数のセル16が区画形成されたハニカム電極12bであるプラズマリアクタ1A。
