Abstract

　調湿装置（10）は、吸着剤が担持された２つの吸着熱交換器（51,52）と、冷媒の循環方向を可逆に切り換える四方切換弁（54）とが接続された冷媒回路（50）を備えている。四方切換弁（54）の切換により、各吸着剤の吸着動作と再生動作とが交互に行われる。調湿装置（10）は、吸着動作が行われている吸着熱交換器（51,52）を通過した室外空気を室内へ供給する除湿運転と、再生動作が行われている吸着熱交換器（51,52）を通過した室外空気を室内へ供給する加湿運転とを実行可能に構成される。コントローラ（C）は、所定運転時間毎に、少なくとも吸着熱交換器（51,52）を通過する前の室外空気の絶対湿度に基づいて除湿運転や加湿運転の運転モードを自動的に選択する。
