Werberahmen für Einkaufswagen Technisches Gebiet
[0001 ] Die Erfindung betrifft einen Werberahmen zum Anbringen am oberen Rand des Korbes eines Einkaufswagens
Stand der Technik
[0002] Aus der US 1116942 ist ein Werberahmen bekannt, die am oberen Rand des
Korbes eines Einkaufswagens angeordnet ist. Dieser Werberahmen ist jedoch nur an Teilbereichen des Einkaufswagen Randes angeordnet und vermittelt keinen homogenen, in den Einkaufswagen integrierten Eindruck.
[0003] Die Befestigungselemente sind aufwendig gestaltet, wodurch ein Wechsel des Werbeinhaltes nachteilig erschwert ist. Zudem ist der Werberahmen im Bereich der Befestigungselemente durchbrochen, was optisch nachteilig ist.
Offenbarung der Erfindung
Technische Aufgabe
[0004] Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Werberahmen zum Anbringen am oberen Rand eines Einkaufswagens zu schaffen, bei welchem die Befestigung unkompliziert gestaltet ist, ein Wechsel des Werbeinhaltes schnell und einfach erfolgen kann und bei welchem die Werbefläche nicht durch die Befestigungselemente durchbrochen ist.
Technische Lösung
[0005] Diese Aufgabe ist gelöst durch einen leistenartig entlang am oberen Rand des Korbes angebrachten Werberahmen, welcher transparente Bereiche aufweist, hinter denen Werbematerial anbringbar sind. Die Überlegungen, die zur Entstehung der vorliegenden Erfindung führten, gingen davon aus, dass eine Leiste aus elastischem Material, die an ihrer Innenseite eine an das Drahtprofil angepasste Kontur hat und klammerartig auf den oberen Rand aufsteckbar ist ohne weiteres Befestigungsmaterial am Einkaufswagen fixierbar ist.
[0006] In einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung wird die Haltewirkung durch ein zusätzliches Befestigungselement, welches jedoch nicht die Werbefläche beeinträchtigt nochmals erhöht.
[0007] Die Formgebung des Werberahmens ist in einer weiteren Ausbildung der
Erfindung so gestaltet, dass die transparenten Bereiche etwas zurückversetzt angeordnet sind, wodurch sie gegen Beschädigungen geschützter sind. Vorteilhafte Wirkungen
[0008] Es ist durch die Leiste ein einheitliches, optisch nicht von irgendwelchen Befestigungsmitteln durchbrochenes Erscheinungsbild gegeben.
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
[0009] Die Erfindung ist anhand von zwei Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigen
Fig. 1 den oberen Eckbereich des Einkaufwagenkorbes mit Werberahmen
Fig. 2 eine Detailansicht des Werberahmens aus Fig.1
[0010] Der Korb 1 des Einkaufswagens ist in der Figur nur schematisch dargestellt. Man erkennt eine Vielzahl von senkrechten Stäben 2, die mit dem umlaufenden Drahtrand 3 des Korbes 1 verbunden sind. In der gezeichneten Darstellung ist der Werberahmen 4 durch eine Bruchlinie unterbrochen gezeichnet, um so die Lage des Drahtrands 3 sichtbar zu machen, in der tatsächlichen Ausführung verläuft der Werberahmen einstückig ohne Unterbrechung von einem Eck des Korbes 1 zum anderen Eck des Korbes 1.
[0011] Der erfindungsgemäße Werberahmen 4 ist im wesentlichen U-förmig ausgestaltet und ist von oben über den Drahtrand 3 aufgesteckt. In den Ecken des Korbes 1 sind Verbindungselemente 5 vorgesehen.
[0012] Diese Verbindungselemente 5 haben eine Form, die an den Winkel und den Krümmungsradius des Drahtrands 3 angepasst ist. Das Verbindungselement 5 umgreift den Werberahmen 4 klammerartig.
[0013] Die Figur 2 zeigt im Detail die konstruktiven Besonderheiten des erfϊndungsgemäßen Werberahmens 4.
[0014] Der Bereich des Werberahmens 4, welcher im aufgesteckten, fertig montierten
Zustand den Drahtrand 3 umgibt ist mit Hinterschneidungen 4a ausgestattet. Dies erhöht führt zu einem Formschluss und erhöht die Festigkeit mit welcher der Werberahmen 4 auf dem Drahtrand 3 sitzt.
[0015] An der Seite des Werberahmens 4, die sich nach erfolgter Montage an der
Aussenseite des Korbes 1 befindet ist das Profil im Bereich 4b zurückversetzt.
[0016] Zwischen einem transparenten Bereich 4c, der in der Figur 1 besser als in der Figur 2 zu sehen ist und dem Bereich 4b ergibt sich eine Nut, in welche ein streifenförmiger Werbeträger 6 einschiebbar ist.
[0017] Am unteren Rand 4d ist das Profil ebenfalls so gestaltet, dass sich eine Nut für den streifenförmigen Werbeträger 6 ergibt. Der Werbeträger 6 ist somit sicher von zwei Seiten durch die nutartigen Bereiche 4b und 4d geführt. [0018] Der transparente Bereich 4c ist gegenüber dem Bereich, der den Drahtrand 3 umgibt etwas zurückversetzt angeordnet. Hierdurch ergibt sich ein Schutz des transparenten Bereiches, wenn der Einkaufswagen einen anderen Gegenstand berührt, etwa, wenn er bei der Benutzung an ein Regal stößt. Auch beim Ineinanderschieben der Einkaufswagen in einem Abstellbereich ist der transparente Bereich geschützt.
[0019] Auch an der Seite des Werberahmens 4, welche nach der Montage zur Innenseite des Einkaufswagens zeigt befindet sich ein transparenter Bereich 4e. Hinter diesen transparenten Bereich 4e kann ein streifenförmiger Werbeträger geschoben werden. Oberhalb und unterhalb des transparenten Bereichs 4e befinden sich Stufen, durch welche der streifenförmige Werbeträger in Position gehalten wird.
[0020] Die Schenkel des U-förmigen Werberahmens 4 werden von einer Klammer 7 zusammengehalten. Die Klammer 7 wird nachdem der Werberahmen 4 auf den Drahtrand 3 gesteckt wurde befestigt und verhindert, dass die U-förmigen Schenkel aufgebogen werden. Bei fest zusammengehaltenen U-förmigen Schenkeln umgreifen die Hinterschneidungen 4a den Drahtrand 3 und stellen wie oben bereits erläutert einen Formschluss her.
[0021] Die Schenkel des Werberahmens 4 liegen an den senkrechten Stäben 2 des Korbes 1 an. Die senkrechten Stäbe 2 haben einen geringeren Durchmesser als der Drahtrand 3 des Korbes 1. Das Profil des Werberahmens 4 ist auf diese unterschiedlichen Durchmesser abgestimmt. Der zurückgesetzte, transparente Bereich 4c und die nutartigen Bereiche 4b und 4d sind so gestaltet, dass die nutartigen Bereiche 4b und 4d an den senkrechten Stäben 2 direkt anliegen.
[0022] Ergänzend kann im Werberahmen ein oder mehrere RFID untergebracht sein, wodurch der Werberahmen 4 eine zusätzliche Funktion als RFID Halter hat.
[0023] Der Werbeträger kann auch bei Einkaufswagen mit Körben aus Kunststoff verwendet werden, eventuell ist dann eine Anpassung des Profils nötig, die Funktionsweise bleibt gleich.
Gewerbliche Anwendbarkeit
[0024] Die Erfindung ist als Zubehör für Einkaufswagen gewerblich anwendbar.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Werberahmen, der am oberen Rand des Korbes eines Einkaufswagens angeordnet ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werberahmen (4) als eine U-fÖrmige Leiste aus elastischem Material ausgebildet ist, die an ihrer Innenseite eine an das Profil des Randes (3) des Korbes (1) angepasste Kontur hat und klammerartig über den Rand (3) des Korbes (1) aufsteckbar ist.
2. Werberahmen nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zusätzliches Befestigungselement (7) vorgesehen ist, welches die Schenkel der U- förmigen Leiste fixiert, jedoch nicht die Werbefläche beeinträchtigt.
3. Werberahmen nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werberahmen (4) transparente Bereiche (4c, 4e) umfasst und die transparenten Bereiche (4c, 4e) etwas zurückversetzt angeordnet sind.
4. Werberahmen nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die transparenten Bereiche (4c) von Nuten (4b, 4d) begrenzt sind, welche die Führung für wechselbare, einschiebbare und bedruckbare Einleger (6) bilden.
5. Werberahmen nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Werberahmen (4) an einer oder mehreren Stellen ein oder mehrere RFID Transponder integrierbar sind.
