Abstract

 親化合物と代謝物のそれぞれについてMS2分析により得られたデータに基づきプロダクトイオンスペクトルを作成し(S1、S2)、さらに、各プロダクトイオンの質量とプリカーサイオンとの質量差を質量の代わりとしてニュートラルロススペクトルを作成する(S3)。親化合物と代謝物とのニュートラルロススペクトルにおいて質量が同一の共通ピークを抽出し(S4)、代謝物のプロダクトイオンスペクトル上に現れる、共通ピークの質量とプリカーサイオン質量との差の位置の相補ピークを抽出する(S5)。そして、その相補ピークに対応するイオンを次のMS3分析の際のプリカーサイオンに設定し(S6)、MS3分析を実行する(S7)。開裂操作により、親化合物と代謝物との共通部分が中性分子として脱離し、差異部分がイオンとして残る場合に、差異部分のイオンをプリカーサイオンとしてMS3分析を実行し、代謝部位の構造情報を得ることができる。
