Abstract

 ePTFE膜と通気性支持材との密着性を向上させつつも、通気性支持材の機械的強度や通気性能を損なうことのないエアフィルターを提供することを目的とする。繊維径の異なる繊維が交絡する領域を有する通気性支持材1と、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜2とが積層されたエアフィルターであって、通気性支持材1において多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜2が積層された側の表面の平均繊維径は、通気性支持材1の裏面の平均繊維径よりも小さいエアフィルターを構成する。
