Abstract
ハウジングが腐食する場合であっても、耐熱フィルターに径方向内側の圧縮力が加わるのを抑制可能なバルブアセンブリを提供することを課題とする。 バルブアセンブリ1は、ガス通路200と弁軸孔201とが形成されたハウジング2と、弁軸孔201に移動可能に挿通される弁軸300と弁軸300に連結される弁体301とを有するバルブ30と、弁軸孔201内周面と弁軸300外周面との間に介装され排気ガス中の塵埃を捕集する筒状の耐熱フィルター32a、32bと、を備える。ハウジング2は鋳鉄製である。バルブアセンブリ1は、さらに、弁軸孔201内周面と耐熱フィルター32a、32b外周面との間に介装される補強カラー35a、35bを備える。補強カラー35a、35bは、耐熱フィルター32a、32bよりも剛性が高い。補強カラー35a、35bの少なくとも表面は、鋳鉄よりも耐食性が高い高耐食材製である。
