Abstract

【課題】簡単かつ安価な構成により、通常光画像と蛍光画像を適正な明るさに調整する。 【解決手段】プロセッサ4は、調光回路40の出力(調光信号)を所定の基準値と比較する比較部103と、比較部103の比較結果に基づきAGC33のゲイン、電子シャッタ制御部101でのシャッタ制御パラメータ(電荷蓄積時間)及び光源装置3内の光源絞り13の開口面積を設定する設定部102と、設定部102の制御によりCCD駆動回路31の電子シャッタ機能を制御する電子シャッタ制御部101とを備えている。
