Abstract

　新規なリグニン分解物およびその製造方法ならびに糖類原料および単糖類原料の製造方法を提供する。 　リグノセルロース原料を微粉砕し、有機溶剤で脱脂して得られる粉末１００質量部に過酸化水素水を過酸化水素換算で２０質量部～４００質量部配合し、０．１ＭＰａ～１．５ＭＰａの圧力および８０°C～２００°Cの温度の各条件下で、マイクロ波を照射しながら５分～１２０分加熱し（第一の工程）、ついで、不溶解分を過酸化水素水から分離し（第二の工程）、ついで、不溶解分を溶剤抽出して抽出液を得（第三の工程）、ついで、抽出液から溶剤を留去して可溶化リグニンを残さとして得る（第四の工程）。また、第一の工程で得られる液状部または不溶解分にそれぞれ所定の処理を施し、多糖類を主成分とする糖類原料または単糖類原料を得る。
