  • the control positions 1 of Figures 1 to 4 may be used both as control positions 1 for earth moving machines 2 in which the working means 4 comprise a single working device positioned, respectively at the front ( Figures 3 and 4) and at the rear ( Figures 1 and 2) of the machine, or for earth moving machines 2 with more than one working device. In the latter case, the control position 1 must be complete with the control means of the additional devices.
  • the control position 1 of Figure 5 illustrates an example of a control position 1 intended for machines in which the working means 4 comprise more than one independent working device.
  • the control position 1 comprises first a cushioned supporting element 10 associated with the chassis 3, on which a seat 11 is mounted. In this way, the seat 11 is cushioned relative to the chassis 3, thanks to the supporting element 10.
  • At least part of the operating means 13 are positioned on at least one control console 14 which has a portion 15 for connection to the chassis 3 and an operating portion 16 positioned close to the seat 11.
  • at least one shock absorber 17 designed to damp the transmission of vibrations and shocks from the chassis 3 to the operating means 13 of the working means 4 during use.
  • control console 14 shock absorber 17 advantageously consists of the seat 11 supporting element 10, so that it cushions the control console 14 and the seat 11 together.
  • the shock absorber 17 may be separate from the supporting element 10.
  • control console 14 can move, relative to the seat 11, at least between an operating position in which it is close to the seat 11 ( Figures 1 and 3) allowing the operator to use the operating means 13, and a non-operating position in which it is distanced from the seat 11 ( Figures 2 and 4) so that it does not interfere with operator movements.
  • control console 14 moves between the operating position and the non-operating position by means of translation, and in particular, in Figures 1 and 2, by means of translation along a direction of movement substantially coinciding with a direction of longitudinal extension of the earth moving machine 2, and in Figures 3 and 4 by means of translation along a direction of movement substantially perpendicular to the direction of longitudinal extension of the earth moving machine 2.
  • Movement of the control console 14 may be enabled in any way, for example using selective lock/release means controlled by an activation key 18 mounted on the control console 14.
  • control console 14 can be moved between the operating position and the non-operating position using other methods, such as rotation (for example about an axis of rotation parallel with the axis of rotation of the seat 11 - as indicated below).
  • the seat 11 in many embodiments (such as backhoe loaders and other earth moving machines 2 with similar requirements), it can rotate relative to the chassis 3, between a first position in which it is facing a front part of the earth moving machine 2, and a second position in which it is facing a rear part of the earth moving machine 2 (in Figure 5 the seat is shown in an intermediate position during rotation).
  • control console 14 may be operatively associated with the seat 11 when the latter is located in the front position and/or when it is in the rear position.
  • control console 14 can also move between an operating configuration in which it is operatively associated with the seat 11 located in the first position (in this case positioned similarly to that shown in Figures 3 and 4), and a second operating configuration in which it is operatively associated with the seat 11 located in the second position (similarly to that shown in Figure 1).
  • the connecting portion 15 of the control console 14 is rotatably associated with the supporting element 10 below the seat 11, and can advantageously rotate about an axis of rotation parallel with the axis of rotation of the seat 11.

  • the control console 14 when it is in the first operating configuration, can move between a first operating position and a first non-operating position (similarly to what is shown in Figures 3 and 4), and when it is in the second operating configuration, the control console 14 can also move between a second operating position and a second non-operating position (similarly to what is shown in Figures 1 and 2).
  • the working means 4 comprise at least a first and a second device associated respectively with a front portion and a rear portion of the earth moving machine 2. Consequently, the operating means 13 are operatively associated with both the first and the second device (consisting respectively of the loading shovel arm 7 and the articulated arm 7).
  • At least part of the operating means 13 mounted on the control console 14 can switch between a first operating condition in which they are operatively connected to the first device, and a second operating condition in which they are operatively connected to the second device.

  • the present invention it has been possible to provide earth moving machines in which the control position guarantees a high level of ergonomics for the operator who, at the same time, can adjust the position of the various controls relative to his body in the best possible way, and is not subject to the vibrations and stresses which affect the machine except in a damped form.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine de terrassement qui comporte un châssis (3) sur lequel sont montés au moins des organes de travail (4), des organes de mouvement avant (5) permettant de déplacer la machine sur le sol et une position de commande (1). La position de commande (1) comporte un élément de support matelassé (10) associé au châssis (3) sur lequel un siège (11) est monté, ainsi que des organes (12) permettant d'entraîner la machine de terrassement (2) reliée de manière fonctionnelle aux organes de mouvement avant (5) et aux organes (13) permettant de faire fonctionner les organes de travail (4). Au moins un pupitre de commande (14) porte au moins une partie des organes d'actionnement (13) et présente une partie (15) pour le raccord au châssis (3) et une partie fonctionnelle (16) positionnée proche du siège (11). Au moins un absorbeur de chocs (17) est inséré entre la partie de raccord (15) du pupitre de commande (14) et le châssis (3).
