Abstract

　プテリジン化合物を工業的に有利に収率よく得ることの可能な製造方法を提供する。 　下記一般式（１）で表される光学活性エポキシアルデヒド化合物と、下記一般式（２）で表されるピリミジン化合物とを、ｐＫａが４．５以下の酸の存在下、極性溶媒中にて縮合し、次いで酸化することを特徴とする、下記一般式（３）で表されるプテリジン化合物の製造方法。 （式中、Ｒ1は水酸基の保護基を示し、Ｒ2は水素原子又は水酸基の保護基を示す。）
