Abstract

 受光装置は、結像光学系を通過した光を受光して受光信号を出力する受光装置であって、複数の受光素子が配列された受光素子アレイと、結像光学系と受光素子アレイとの間に配置されて、複数の受光素子にそれぞれ対応付けられた複数のマイクロレンズが配列されたマイクロレンズアレイと、複数のマイクロレンズが配列されたマイクロレンズアレイと、マイクロレンズの光軸に垂直な平面に関して、マイクロレンズアレイと受光素子アレイとの相対的な位置関係に関する位置関連情報を記憶する記憶部とを備える。
