Abstract

 生成器の攪拌機が不要である上、製品のガスハイドレート化率を一定にできる。  原料ガスgと原料水wとを攪拌混合するエジェクタ型の混合器1の下流側にシェルアンドチューブ型の生成器2を設けると共に、該生成器2の前後両端にある鏡板37、38内にガスハイドレートスラリーをUターンさせる隔壁41~43を設け、更に、前記生成器2の下流側にコーン状の濾過体48を有する脱水器3を設け、かつ、前記脱水器3に排水管11を設けると共に、該排水管11に流量調製バルブ12を設ける。
